Not bad at all Chris. It takes a lot to be able to finish a diet, let alone do it through surgery. Very nice. Have you decided about Flint?
Gonna hold off on Flint. I have a few things I'd like to work on and I have nothing left to prove until I reach 40 (that's just 3 months away). I'll rock it in the Masters class sometime after June.

Here is what can happen if you live by the Scivation Cut Diet system.
Five months ago, I was a 245 pound man that had worked out for several years but could never quite get all the pieces of the puzzle to come together. I viewed myself as healthy, strong, but lacking something. As my 40th birthday loomed ahead, I wanted to do something pivotal instead of crying in a pitcher of beer. The 20-somethings at the gym dared me to do a contest. I thought the idea was ludicrous! They refused to let it go and so I conceded. I started the Cut Diet, ordered my Scivation products (Whey, Vaso, and Xtend) and hit the ground running.
Five months later, I weighed in for my show at 178 pounds. I am in the best shape of my life. I didn't use any other supplements other than Scivation or Primaforce. Here are the pictures:
Here is the link for the Professional photos done the show. I think they are a ton better than the other ones taken. Where do I need to improve? I love constructive criticism....It drives me! I'm in teal.
Guys.....no one has given constructive criticism. I need feedback!! I thrive on feedback. I see myself everyday, therefore, I cannot be objective. Decided to do another show in June. I can enter the Masters class for that one and it's close to home. Gonna continue to cruise along and fix the areas I know that I need it. Let me know what you see. I may even start a thread of my own..you never know.

I'm not an expert, but from what i see in your posing, is that you might want to work on it. Be sure to bring out your muscles in the poses and STAY TIGHT.

Posing is definately where I ran into trouble with the hernia surgery. Any flexing was excrutiating for about 3-4 weeks following which only left me a couple weeks to prepare. My shortsightedness. Already working to improve for my June show. Thanks BBQ!

I will agree with conditioning. I am not saying you were off in your debur, but playing it smart until June will do wonders by itself. I sure Derek will guide you proper on that track. Another thing is stage presence. You have to be tight at all times on stage whether posed or not. You never know when the judges are looking at you. The best way to observe this in action is to study the figure gals. The good ones are always tight no matter when you look at them.

[QUOTE=Beast;294552621]This list will be updated throughout the year to show which Team Scivation members are competing and how they did.
-If you are competing but not on this list just PM me with the date and the show you are doing.
-If you are on this list and would like me to put a link to your journal just PM your name and link and I will add it.
-If you want to be removed from this list PM me.
Competed for the first time.. Got 2nd in my category.. and 5th overall. It was the first time, and thus I was really lost on the day. Was the skinniest, but my conditioning was thankfully better than some of the rest.
Weighed at 67kg. 16 weeks before the diet started I was a fat 84kg. With no abs, but a 36inch waist. 16 weeks later, waist was down to 30inch, but loose skin all abound. (1.5 years go I was 96kg with 38inch waist, thus maybe the skin could not stretch back...)
Still, immense help that the cut diet, Xtend, Vasocharge, Showtime, Dialene and Sesamin gave me. I would like to thank Scivation for this. The only supplements that I use are from scivation.

Thank you Derek! I got first place in my category yesterday. Yippee! Scivation diet and Xtend and Derek's ATS weight training strategy rocks!
I did it for the Easter chocolate, which I am now enjoying. Guilt free!

Thanks all! Yes everything tastes great post-comp! But now after a gynormous turkey meal tonight, I'll be glad to get back to my 5 small meals per day! I'm stuffed! I think I have another competition 6 weeks away...maybe... !
My friend and training partner, Sara, and I both competed in the Mr./Ms. SMU (Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX) competition. I finished third...out of three, but I don't know how I feel about the judging. Anyway, she finished FIRST out of the four girls. Both of us had Derek leading us all along the way, and we can't thank him enough!
