Caffeine - Cycle off and on? Addiction?
I've never had a cup of coffee in my life... but....
I've seen the threads on the best NO product. I've tried a couple and love em. I have no clue if the NO and other crap in the products do anything, but dude, I love the kick from the caffeine. It fixes EVERYTHING!
Stoked to be in gym
Tons of energy
Lift more weight for more reps
More intense cardio
More confidence
More outgoing
Faster/more progress
HOWEVER....
I'm afraid of becoming addicted and needing it... So I cycled off. I've been off for 6-8 weeks now. I generally have less energy, lift less, etc. I'm also cutting, which explains some of that.
So the question:
Should you:
A. Avoid caffeine completely
B. Cycle off and on
C. Take a set amount and not increase it as your body adjusts to it
or
D. Just keep taking as much as you need to feel the same effect you got last week.
?
BTW, it was chest day today and I caved in and took a scoop of Fuzion. Dude. It was a new world.
