Caffeine - Cycle off and on? Addiction?

I've never had a cup of coffee in my life... but....

I've seen the threads on the best NO product. I've tried a couple and love em. I have no clue if the NO and other crap in the products do anything, but dude, I love the kick from the caffeine. It fixes EVERYTHING!

Stoked to be in gym
Tons of energy
Lift more weight for more reps
More intense cardio
More confidence
More outgoing
Faster/more progress

HOWEVER....

I'm afraid of becoming addicted and needing it... So I cycled off. I've been off for 6-8 weeks now. I generally have less energy, lift less, etc. I'm also cutting, which explains some of that.

So the question:

Should you:

A. Avoid caffeine completely
B. Cycle off and on
C. Take a set amount and not increase it as your body adjusts to it

or


D. Just keep taking as much as you need to feel the same effect you got last week.

?

BTW, it was chest day today and I caved in and took a scoop of Fuzion. Dude. It was a new world.

Just take breaks from it. As long as you do not abuse caffeine you will be fine. I think a good on/off time is 1month/1-2weeks. Its different for most people tho, depends on how quick you build a tolerance and how sensitive you are to stims.

Your good to keep using caffeine until you stop feeling the effects of it, once the effects start to decline then I would take 1-2 weeks off. I used stims for about 4-5 months straight at high dosages a day(very stupid) and now im taking 2 months off just to let me CNS get a little rest lol.

For best results you must cycle it,but you must tamper it by reducing the dose gradually before you completely stopping it,dont stop it at once

ya the sad thing about are body is when we find a supp we like it adapts to it eventually requiring more and more. if you find a good supp your best bet is to cycle off for a month or so. im not a coffee drinker at all but i got so addicted to the stuff it eventually stopped working for me ( U-N shock therapy). i stopped for about 2 months and tried it again and got that very nice jump start back.
