Can someone give me a workout to follow please?
I don't have any time to go to a gym, and i dont really feel confident enough to go to one yet as I am pretty weak.
SO can someone please create/give me a workout to follow at home?
I have a set of dumbbells and a decline/incline bench.
All help is appreciated.

Just do bench and other push excersizes on one day, then do bent over rows and other pull excersizes the other day. But you should really go to a gym with more adequent equipment.

Is there anyway you can get a gym membership...Because since you lack equip. you cant , deadlift, squat, leg press, or any other good excersises but the list left by the dude up top is a good one for what you have but i recommend getting a gym membership even if its a the ymca dude its better then nothing ..dont get me wrong though you chest excersises look good b/c of the decline incline and flat but you gotta change routine sometime..... but i wish you the best of luck man....
