Woke up with a knot in my chest. As I got ready to go to the gym I kept throwing up in my mouth. I am thinking I have heartburn.
4:35-5:05

5x8 (left/middle/right) - dam that hurts the hands.

3x8 (This exercise I definitely had to try to keep the throw up from coming out of my mouth. Lots of burning in the chest. Felt dirty and disgusting while doing this exercise because of stomach)

The heartburn, acidy stomach did not go away until around 2:00. Struggled with getting all of my water in up to that time because I kept throwing it back up in my mouth. Brushed my teeth at least 6 times today. Gums are bleeding. Stomach aches. Finally had a BM around 7:15....hard as hell. Rough day but looking forward to tomorrow.

Xtreme Shock Fruit Punch Energy Drink Review
The taste is not bad and the kick is intense. The Endosine flush adds to the overall aura of the kick as well which is pretty neat. The drink pumped me up during my workout and would probably do the same for you as well. Just remember there is 200 milligrams of caffeine in here so make sure you hydrate when using this for any intense workout / athletics.
Having stomach issues 200mg caffeine and not being fully hydrated before using this might have somthing to do with it.

Went to the doctor about lack of BM's and fatigueness. Doc gave stuff for BM's and asked that I refrain from the gym for 3 days (72 hours). Needed to allow body to focus on relieving the digestive track.
