Looking for pointers

Hey guys. I want to alter my exercise routine in a few weeks to get the best out of the time i use. Here is what i am doing at the mo, let me know what you think i should switch about. Cheers in advance;

Monday:-
Chest:
Bench Press / Incline Bench Press /Flys
Shoulders:
Military Press / Seated Dumbbbell Press Lateral Raises

Wednesday:-
Back:
Deadlift / Barbell Row
Biceps:
Barbell Curls / Dumbbell Crossover / Hammer Curls

Friday:-
Legs:
Squats / Calf Raises
Triceps:
C/G Bench Press / Lying Extension / Tricep Bar
Tricep Overhead

I do 6 weeks of 3 sets with 10 reps then 6 weeks of 2 sets with 6 reps. All to failure.

I would switch your triceps to your chest day and shoulders to your leg day.
That's a lot of pressing on Monday. Have you been doing this for a while, or just thinking about it? My shoulders hurt just from thinking about it. Your shoulders should be pretty fried after flat and incline bench (especially incline).

Ive been using this routine for 10 weeks now. The plan was to fry the shoulders in one go and then have a whole week to let them recover.
