Talking my first day on lipo 6, anyone else cares to comment?

So ....I recently asked everyone on this forum for advice about fat burners, as I felt I was in a bit of a rut when it came to getting leaner. After a really good start, losing weight all over, gaining muscle and strength, I started to feel that I was a bit "stuck" so, following everyone's advice, I took a good honnest look at my diet and realized that it was not as clean as I thought it was, ahum....I am now back to my healthy 5 meals a day, I re-introduced protein shakes , drink more water and as far as my work out routine I definitely too it up a notch: I increased the amount of weight I'm lifting, and I am ,for now, doing about 25 to 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week.Yet I know that I have those extremely stubborn areas, grrrr, knees, thighs, butt (the joys of being from Hispanic descent) that do get somewhat leaner but never as much as I'd like them to.So I started today on Lipo6. So far so good, no jitters, no anxiety, no major difference in my level of energy yet but it is too early to tell, I did feel like I was getting warmer and sweatier than usual though.
For those of you who have tried it, how satisfied were you? How long does it take before you can see results? And do you have any advice on how to use it more efficiently/safely? Oh! By the way, I am taking it in combination with chromium picolinate, and of course my multivitamin and a calcium-magnesium combo.
Thanks for your input, stay healthy.

Cool

Hi

I have tried it for two months, it work well and I lost a quit good number of Lb's. However I had a problem later on and disorder in heart palptation and I stopped it immediatly but the situation stayed for quite long time because the effect of the ingredient stayed in my body I guess.

I am trying new way now with new Diet and more cardio of Elyptical training 3 to 4 times a week for 1 hour each and the result is awsome.

good Luck

I am using it now and have for a few months in the past.
1. try to buy a case of penta water at vitamin shop to take it with..seems to increase it's effectiveness.
2. take it 15 min b4 you work out to increase your workout intensity.
3. lift weights heavy as a woman and do many many sets so that your body burns fat for days after you leave the gym.
4. eat meals that you would feed a child by this i mean healthy fresh food. the pictures you see in the muscle magazines at the borders or barnes and noble.
5. sleep at least 7 hrs a night to repair your "beat up" body from intense sweaty as hell workouts.
6. enjoy that new body for the beach or........
