Squatted 405x5 today (no vid, sorry)
Not like it's even that impressive, but it made me very happy. Great form and depth too.
No belt, bitch pad or vid =P.
It went like this: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 405x5, 315x8,8
Then I proceeded to do some SLDLs and other stuff. Lotsa fun!!
It was easier than I thought too. I'm sure I could do 450. IDK about 500 though. I did partials with that and it was pretty heavy. Kinda scary though =P.
Now for the point of this thread: IDK what it is. Just happy and wanted to tell people. I really can't even justify this post.
Uh.... work's gonna suck.

Well I didn't wanna go too heavy and make everybody else feel bad. Usually I'll throw on 6 plates/side for 20 just to warmup the joints =P.

Good work man. I front squat, so i won't be seeing 450 for a while.
Do you recommend partials for helping gain in lifts?

Yeah, same here OP. I throw 6 plates/side for 20 just to warmup the joints, get them loose, ya know.  Anyways, good work here. You better get 505 by christmas, or I will be forced to execute you
