My 5 Day Split! critique please!!! Reps for good resonable suggestions
OKay first i gotta say that im in a bodybuilding class in school and i only get about 35-40 mins to complete these workouts
Any suggestions are very appreciated =D
All are 3x(6-12) Except burnouts
Day1: (school)
Chest/Tris::
Incline Dumbbell bench press
Dips
Dumbbell bench press
Barbell preacher curl
Incline Curls
Bench press machine burnout
Curl Machine burnout
Day2: (school)
Shoulders::
Shoulder press
Front raises
Upright Rows
Shurgs
Shoulder press machine burnout
shrugs burnout
Day3: (school)
Legs::
Squats
Leg extensions
Leg Press
Leg press for calves
Calves raises
Day 4: (school)
Back/Tris::
Cable Pulldowns
Close Grip pulldowns
Bent over rows
Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
Cable pushdowns
tricep machine burnout
Pulldowns burnout
Day 5: (home)
abs::
Weighted Crunches
Lying leg raises
Jack-knife Sit-ups

sqauts
leg press
leg curls
lunges
seated calf raises
don't need that many exercises for calfs - well I don't anyway, you can do 2 different ones once a week..like on on monday then one on thur or something. alls fine..

burnout is you know just putting the whole 120lbs the machine has and just do them till you cant do a single more. gets my muscles really sore and burns them out.

add a set of heavy squats, deadlifts, and benchpress
this is the key to thickness
on upper body keep the reps from 8-12
low body keep them from 12-20

I didnt see bi's in there. Possibly over looked it. But other then that I dont see a problem with it. My split is a little different.
Chest/Back
Shoulders/Traps
Arms/Abs
Legs
Full Body circut

yeah there's bi's in there but i accidentally called them tris haha
its with the chest day. just lok at the excercises. im getting really good gains form this. its really intense doing it all in a 35-40 min period.
