Help busting plateau

Currently I weigh 136 and just hit a 1 rep max of 280 on bench after completing 8 weeks of a 5x5 program. For about 3 weeks I switched onto a 3x3 program to help increase my bench but it seems I haven't gotten any gains in that time span. I'm trying to hit 300 in the next 3 weeks. What could I do to possibly achieve that and I'd also like to know if 280 bench is good for my weight. My age is 18 if that helps

Do a high intensity program like Sheiko for bench or blast your bench by lee hayward

I really don't feel like paying money for the Lee Hayward program because when I googled it, it was asking for money like an infomercial
