Well ladies?

I work out 3x a week, which leads me to a question! (Aren't you excited another question!) I'm new to working out and notice a lot of people here work out 5-6. a week for 1-2 hours! I can only manage 3x for only 45min. split. Am I wasting my time or will it just take me longer to reach my goal?

I workout 5x per week. I used to do 6, but then found I was overtraining for the amount of food I ate, so I upped my food, gave myself another rest day, and have been getting waaayyy better results . So that makes me happy.

I run every morning before work, either 3 or 4 miles, and I work out at the gym 5 nights a week as well (cardio and weight training)....I pretty much do something every day.

Yeah, no need to train 6 days a week. Recovery and growth happens outside the gym.
