need help

so i'm on my 9th week of lifting and not seeing any more gains. started out lifting 2 sets of 8, and 6 heavy and now i am lifting 3 sets of 10 heavy does any body have any suggestions that may hel me i would really appreciate it.

Generally you're body will need a break after 7-10 weeks of training. During that time spent training you're basically digging into the body's ability to recover and the gains slow until a stop. Take a week off all training then start again and make sure your diet is good. You'll prob see some gains.

Take a week off, and when you return start a new routine. Meaning change the workouts you do for each muscle and what muscles you work together. (If you have always trained multiple muscles in a day try doing a single muscle per day) And the most important thing is to EAT EAT EAT
