Morning
Did get pretty loose on friday night, was good times. Not really late, around 3:30am but quite wasted by this point. I think come friday I am so tired from early starts and not enough sleep i get drunker than normal.
Yesterday spent in the park then playing video games. Had a few drinks, nothing too crazy. Actually feel ok today which is much better than yesterday. Have to work today.

+1 Street Fighter
+2 Pizza
-1 for Oreos.. had a bad drunk experience with them.
Getting drunk and pasting half a box of oreos leaves the worst feeling in your throat EVER.

definitely. I havent played my PS2 in so long but now im wondering about buying an xbox lol
Decision:
No more leg anything. No more pressing. Not till **** feels better. Eating at around maintenance which is of course way down on what im used to. Might aim a tad high to ensure recovery.
Will start elbow rehab tomorrow. Knee will have to wait longer.
Time to stop dicking around. NO sense half arsing **** and not letting it heal. Hard to accept but yeah. No choice

smart move matty. no point in doing things half ass while you can put all your focus on getting better. its like trying to bulk and cut at the same time, chasing two rabbits just dont work. hopefully the added attention to rehab pays off!
