Exclamation gain weight

I have been training very intensely for about two years and have seen good results. I have put on quite a bit of muscle, and I currently am 5-10 and weigh around 205-208 lbs. My problem now is for the past 8 mos to a year I have been working my ass off and seem to be only maintaining - I am stuck. I have not increased strength for the most part and I have not been able to put on any weight. I know I have to be patient, but I was wondering if anyone has any good thoughts on diet/training programs that can help overcome these plateaus.

Currently I intake about 3500g calories, 300g carbs, and around 400g protein daily, between 5-6 meals including shakes. Any suggestions would help.

If you are not getting heavier there is only one problem. You need to up your calories. If it was your routine you would at least be getting fatter. Eat more.
