gain weight
I have been training very intensely for about two years and have seen good results. I have put on quite a bit of muscle, and I currently am 5-10 and weigh around 205-208 lbs. My problem now is for the past 8 mos to a year I have been working my ass off and seem to be only maintaining - I am stuck. I have not increased strength for the most part and I have not been able to put on any weight. I know I have to be patient, but I was wondering if anyone has any good thoughts on diet/training programs that can help overcome these plateaus.
Currently I intake about 3500g calories, 300g carbs, and around 400g protein daily, between 5-6 meals including shakes. Any suggestions would help.
