A great workout plan for fat loss?

Now forgive me if I'm not asking the right question but what is a great workout plan for fat loss?

Meaning, a lot of cardio or a lot of weight lifting or a little of both. If i do weight lifting, do i do light weight with more reps, etc.

I'm aready eating healthy, eating whole foods, fruits, veggies, etc. Drinking protein shakes after workout, etc.

I just want to lose my body fat, and a lot of it.

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advanced.

do both weight and cardio. lift heavier weight. light weight does virtually nothing

For fat loss I recomend doing 45min of cardio AFTER you work out because your glycogen levels are depleted and you will be buring more fat. These day I am dieting for a comp and i like to keep my rest between sets relatively short around 30 45 seconds. try to stick with you regular weight (If you can manage) because why would you want to stop doing all the heavy lifting that made you big in the first place? Also count your carbs day to day. on a small bodypart day have less and on big bodyparts have a higher intake to sustain your energy. I only haqve carbs in the morning before i workout and occasionaly after. it is mostly about diet. hope this helps!
