Today, March 11 marks the 3 year anniversary of my second bodybuilding show. The show was in Nyack, NY with the now defunct NBI (Natural Bodybuilding Incorporated?). I came into the show as a middleweight and won my class. What sets this show apart for me, was the fact that I prepped for the show with my then 20 year old younger brother, who is a heck of a bodybuilder in his own right. He has not stepped on stage since that show, due to health complications for the most part.
I have some great memories from this show. Looking back at these pictures really puts into perspective how far I have come. I can't help but get the urge to step back on stage when I see old pics but I am not mentally prepared for that......at least for right now!

It was great meeting you and the rest of the Scivation crew at The Arnold. As promised, my first ever post on bodybuilding.com is in your thread. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to catch a workout with Marc when he comes to Jacksonville, FL.
Eugene
You are correct, and I am honored that my thread is home to your first post. It was great to meet you and I'm glad we were able to chat for a couple of minutes at the Arnold. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time at the Expo.

Derek says it best! I cant believe that your 200lbs and only packing in 2700, that just seems like so little for a guy of your size. and after seeing you in person I am amazed at how Thick your upper torso is. You looked like you needed a larger shirt.
you too man. I always wish we had more time to really sit and chat with everyone. I hope you had an awesome weekend. From the looks of your pics it was aight!
Take care man and keep doin your thang!

I have a friend that I used to work with till he got he was transferred to another department. Before being transferred, we talked about working out all the time and it was about then, when I got involved with Scivation. I would tell him about Vaso, Xtend, diets, workouts and the free trainers and advice but he wouldn't believe me. Since then we have talked, and he picked up his first jug of Xtend.
As we talked this past week, he was blown away at the amount of energy he had at the end of his workout. He told me he has NEVER experienced anything like this before, and is thoroughly convinced. Hopefully soon, he will take my advice and become another member of this awesome team.
Thanks again for developing KICK ASS products.
Now having said this...where is the Blue Raspberry....

Word of mouth is just about the best thing that anyone could ever do for us.
Team Scivation is over 9,000 members strong, each of whom receives a FREE Diet and training program and is encouraged to check in weekly in order for us to make changes/tweaks in the programs.
I am really glad to hear that you think highly enough of us and our products to recomend them to your friend.
Blue Raspberry Xtend will be here soon. I wish I could be a little more clear about EXACTLY when but after seeing the Bodybuilding.com offices in person, I can understand and appreciate the process that NEEDS to occur before a product is posted for sale.
It really should be any day now..........................

Thanks man. You know it's all about setting goals (both small and large) and completing them, rep by rep.
I am happy with what I have done so far but my work is far from done........but hey, that's the best part!

The following pics were taken post workout this morning 3-13-09:
While I am satisfied (cue Louie Video)
with my progress so far, it is time to kick things up a notch. I will be increasing cardio a bit along with a possible decrease in calories, those two things will really help to kick start my metabolism.
This week, ever since getting home from the Arnold, I have been struggling to fight off a cold. It's a dull cold that has left me tired and short of breath. The instant I don't have an appetite, that is an immediate indicator that my body is busy attempting to fight off a virus. The worst part is that it's not a full blown cold. I just have a few weak symptoms, which have tapered off as the week has progressed.
I have added Primaforce Lean Green and Primaforce Pro Liver to my normal supplements for their anti-oxidant properties in addition to attempting to get a few extra hours of sleep this week. My body will kick this cold thing very soon, I am sure of that!
