The workout(energy, pump, and focus): Wow what a pump. I had so much energy. I took at at the gym and walked on the treadmill for 10 mins to warm up. By the time I was done i was ready to go. It kicks in that quick! which is great. My arms and chest were so full of blood it almost hurt! but in such a good way
I am naturally pretty vascular, but wow i have never seen vasculairty like i had during this workout before. Little tiny veins I had never seen before! In the gym there was a good getting a photoshoot done and all kinds of stuff going on around me. Didnt matter. Nothing did except for what i was doing! I went through about 45 mins and felt like i could go on and on and on.
