Muscle and Fitness Mag has a good spread in this months issue. Upper, Lower, and Cobo Ab workout. It seems to cover all the bases!

I do abs between body parts towards the end of my work out. I start with decline sit ups done very slowly using a 10 pound heavy ball. Once I hit 3 sets of 50 I am goopd and warmed up I then work in cable pull downs with strict form keeping my abs tight through each rep.
I like to also use a ab macine with minimal weight say 80 pounds and get in 3 sets of 30 very slowly. My abs are generally on fire after this so I do my cardio and finish with nice slow side bends. I have been working out now since Jan 1 and getting great results using this routine.

Pretty impressive and definetly covers all aspoects of the Abs. I do a very similiar routine and swap out each week with something new or more weight.

I like to change things in my routine alot to.. I think it helps give you more well rounded abilities.. keep the body guessing and keeps thing more interesting.
The longer I lift ( LOL or maybe it's the older I get ) the more I want my workouts well planned and rounded..

I agree! It only enhances the final rsult. Keeping the muscles guessing is a good way to make gains. Take a peak at the Muscle and Fitness mag this month. They have a good spread!

I dont do a ton,
I do hanging leg raises
hanging wipers
sometimes I do the seated resistance crunch machine, sometimes ab wheel sometimes janda style situps. I actually have trouble getting a good workout on abs. I also balance these with lower back isolation work.

I find myself limited on occasions dependent on my back that day.

Assuming you got your diet in check (abs are built in the kitchen not the gym)
There are tons of exercises for the abs.

I couldn't believe how my abs felt after starting to lift heavier weight on my deadlifts. A great feeling of ab soreness the next day!
Also, weighted pull ups! You'll feel it in the abs.

Try some heavy reverse hypers and pull throughs. The abs are stabilizers but they seem to get hit as hard as the glutes which are the primary targets.
