Wow. Way to rib on the guy for being in a wheelchair. You basically just said he is a lesser person because he is in a wheelchair, and that the other guy is even lesser than him because he's not as swoll as that guy. Nice.

This really should have been a motivational thread about a handicapped guy overcoming odds and getting a good body because he was determined to do so.
..But instead it's a thread making fun of people that claim importance of squats and deadlifts, and has since degraded into a ****-slinging retard fest.
Good job OP, keep up the good work. I don't know how you managed to **** up that much.

No one is saying you need them to have a ripped upper body, but you do need them or comparable exercises to be huge OVERALL. Having strong legs is a large part to "being huge." Obviously this guy has a great upper body, and can't squad due to his disability.

Couple points that must be made:
1. the kid has elite genetics, he's going to get huge
2. i'm sure he would squat if he could
3. he doesn't need to squat, because in his competitions, they dont judge legs for obvious reasons
4. op is a dumbass
5. juicing or not, the guy in the pictures is jacked as hell
6. the kid prob. has a better diet then all of us
7. the kid doesn't have to worry about training legs, so he prob. recovers faster then we ever will
god bless the kid, he's an inspiration, but the op is an ignorant idiot

The general consensus is that those exercises are of a huge importance for the lower body, not to grow in general...

no1 says stfu and squat because you wont get big without them.. of course u can get a big upper body without doing squats.. but it looks stupid when u have a big upper body and small legs.. obviously that guy cant do legs and his upper body looks good so props to him.. but if u have the opportunity to get strong legs why wouldnt u

Doing squats is a natural testosterone booster. Therefore, it is beneficial for the rest of ur body as well. No one said it is mandatory. And by the way, OP, the legs are the biggest muscles in the body. Squats = foundationof increasing mass on legs. If u have a strong upperbody, but weak legs your body incomplete.

I'm guessing that your one of the kids then that has been made fun of the "Squat and deadlift kids", so you made this thread to make yourself feel better? Oh and I'm guessing thats why you also ran a cycle a while ago. LOL

With all due respect to the kid/man, course it's going to be able for his upper body to get bigger, while were off training our legs he's training his upper body, so thus, he can work his upper body twice as much as we can.& nobody says you need squats to get a huge upper body? When they do say it they say it for lower body if anything & look at his? No hate to the dude but just saying.

Squats are important but not vital. They are probably the best workout for taxing your CNS which equals greater muscle growth overall. This kid has an exception, he doesn't have legs, but if you do have legs then there is no excuse for not squatting if you want to get big.
btw LOL @ 15 years old. This dude is at least 19

Good example of what you can achieve without squatting. And you are right, most of the bell ends on this site who preach **** like SQUAT OR YOU ARE A PUSSY dont look half as good as that lad.

hes lesser in the bodybuilding world, seeing as things are more difficult for him, thus getting owned by someone with a major physical handicap in a physical sport like bodybuilding is pretty sad.
