arms for mass

my biceps
4x barbell curl 12,10,6-8,6-8
Incline curl 12,10,6-8,
This is where i am stuckj what next alternate hammer curls or preachersor one armed preachers?

triceps
close grip bench 4x 12,10,6-8,6-8
Skull Crushers 3x 12,10,6-8
Overhead extensions or puchsdowns? or anything else? 3x 10,6-8,6-8
i have been using the overhead extensions

i like overhead extensions better but it's a good idea to switch every month or so...

i'd say preachers curls but if your not too sure you could always do 2 sets of hammers and 2 sets of preachers,

The free weights really hammer the muscle try 21's standing curls... 7 half way up, 7 half way down, and 7 full ... in one set do 3 sets
