I've never been overweight or ate much junk food, my family weren't big take-out food eaters, just had a kitchen full of chocolate and biscuits.

I would just eat lots of little bits. Myself and my boyfriend would eat tea and biscuits (a British thing I suppose) a lot, and at some stage were absolutely and utterly in love with peanut butter kit kat chunky bars.

I can't imagine eating a chocolate bar now, it's as if it just isn't part of my life, not even as a cheat. It's not that I even miss it, I simply wouldn't buy one.

Also, we would often go to the pizza hut midday buffet which is only 6 pounds...bad times.

Oh man every week I would use to eat a whopper meal every wednesday, then a hotnready pizza from Lil Caesars every friday then more unhealthy chinese food every sat.

I'd always do one of the following after school every single day without missing because it was the highlight of my days

-Taco bell- Chicken quesedilla with coke
or
-Mcdonalds- 2 McChickens with large fries and coke
or
-Wendy's Ultimate chicken grill w/ baked potato and lots of sour cream and coke

-Dairy queen- cookie doe blizzard with slushy

We went to every place for a pretty equal amount of time.



and my friend at lunch was vegetarian so I had DOUBLE school food every one of those days. (hamburgers egg rolls etc.)

Lol I was talking about this with my boyfriend earlier..

I usually ate pretty good - love vegis, fruits etc but..
When I would get a bagel at einsteins I would get the asiago cheese bagel with DOUBLE normal cream cheese.. Yeah, I bet that was pretty bad. I'm glad I rarely got them though lol
I LOVE ice cream and at parties I would load up a big bowl - I try to contain myself now heh
Oh hahah! When I was really young I would fill a bowl with cheese and zap it so it was melted and ate all that - but I did that one time when I was sick and had a can of pineapple - yeah, not fun. Still melted cheese slowly coming out with bits of pineapple - I've yet to eat pineapple canned again lol

Zippy's tastes good coming down, but it always always ALWAYS comes back out the other end in less than 30 min - I kid you not I had a friend visiting one time and I took her there for some hangover food. She pulled me aside later to ask if it was "normal to have the runs" (sorry for the visual) after Zippy's. LOL I forgot to warn her

Massive peanut-butter/banana/honey sandwiches... but wait, I still eat those, which is why I'm still fat.

But I've cut out other stuff, like burgers and fries when we go out (down to half a burger and side of broccoli instead) and rarely have alcohol or high-cal cafe drinks like hot cocoa. Make my own healthier version of pizza, and prefer it to the super greasy stuff you get in local restaurants. No more D'Angelo Steak and Cheese subs... luckily I never ate take-out anyway.

in high school, my best friend and i would go to taco bell and kill one of those family combos between the two of us. wow that makes me gag just thinking about it. oh and the bacon cheddar potato wedges from jack in the box were another fave.
later on, after i was over fast food, my vice was just carbs. i could eat an entire loaf of sourdough... you know the kind you get fresh-baked from the grocery store? lol. wowzers.

- an entire Jello cheesecake made with a Keebler graham cracker pie shell with a can of comstock whole cherry filling on top. by myself. (accidently the whole thing). It must be 3,000 calories in one sitting.

most disgusting:
- raw eggs in a glass on a dare
- swallowed whole live goldfish in a beer bong on Spring Break
- Everclear mixed with frozen Orange Creamsicle drinks in Las Vegas = projectile vomit in the Casino

ooohhh where to start??
i used to have NO idea how or what to eat, especially when i was younger. My mom used to have to hide everything....cookies, cakes...i would eat EVERYTHING! i guess it was just junk food in excess.

i used to eat kraft singles cheese slices one after the other, dipped in mayo...any cheese dipped in mayo... mayonaise sandwiches!! weird!!!
one thing i still enjoy once in awhile is lettuce and peanut butter sandwiches lol its a texture thing!
XL double from timmy hortons EVERY morning as well as a starbucks full fat lattee. i really had no idea.
tons of chocolate...white pasta, white bread by the slice...ice cream out of the carton and cant forget the cheez whiz STRAIGHT out of the jar!!!

It's strange, I have tried these foods on a few occasions since I started eating well, and have found them to be not very nice at all !!! Still enjoy a little chocolate as a treat now and then

/agreed. it's not food. it's...fast garbage. & i find it repulsive now. (after i was about 13 or so, i haven't eaten much of it. 'cause as a child, we'd have it...like...75% of the time. *puke* & i didn't grow up w/ bagels.) my family is from northern italy, though. so, we don't really use too many creams. we use tomato meat sauce. (now, i eat cups of it @ a time w/ a spoon. mmmm! xD) & i ate REALLY big portions. i grew really quickly. i was pretty much my current frame when i was 13. so, my appetite grew quickly & spiralled out of control, especially since i didn't exercise to tame it. & i didn't eat much protein or healthy fats. most of my fats were in the form of some horrible human science lab invention + sugar added. (you know those foods i'm talking about.) i ate a lot of baked goods, too: cake, dougnuts, fritters, strudels, etc. christ. however, my vegetable intake was fairly good, though, as we grew up eating an italian salad from our garden every night included in our dinner. ugh. chocolate bars & ice cream & cookies & cakes & sugar breakfast cereals & trans-fat peanut butter & sugary jams & so much fckin' full-fat cheddar. *puuuuuuuke*

*edit*: i just read over the entire thread, & i feel sick to my stomach like i'm going to puke. literally. it's cool that i literally haven't had any desire to eat this kinda stuff in so long now. & i always lol inside of my head @ pple buying this garbage @ stores in their grocery carts. but it's literally making me sick right now.

- Fit into a dress by Christmas, ffs!!!!!

- Take the Personal Training final exam & practical by the end of Nov. (Did courses from Sept '08 --> Sept '09.) Finish studying my ass off 1st, though. =P (...in between teaching all of these "Trancerobics" classes. xD)

- Make it to 150 lbs lost! =O (300'ish --> LEAN 150/17.5%; am currently lean'ish ~175/~25%, approx?)

So, I used to be REALLY FAT from the ages of 11-21 (I've lost 100lbs, thank you JESUS!!). I absolutely dye of laughter thinking about what I used to eat during a normal day when I was, say, 20 years old:

Breakfast
Supersized Sausage/Egg/Cheese McMuffin meal (came with an extra hashbrown) AND a McDonalds breakfast burrito

MidMorning Snack:
Very large Chocolate Chocolate Chip muffin from the deli where I worked

Lunch:
Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla, 2 Bean Burritos

Snack:
Candy Bar (or some type of baked good)

Dinner:
Huge fastfood combo (I'm talkin Double Whopper, supersized Fries)

Dessert:
Dairy Queen Blizzard

LMFAO. Not one item listed above would I now even TOUCH if I was starving. I'd eat grass first!!!! Seriously, is that like 5000 calories a day? At least? LOL.

Back when I had to gain weight or they would put me in the hospital for ED treatment, for about a month every night I did:

2 pints ice cream
double stuff oreos
nutella
ice cream bar
french bread pizza
an entire box of cereal
half gallon of milk

Plus probably more that I'm forgetting. And I only gained 5 lbs that month. I miss that metabolism...

I had no qualms about pasta alfredo right before bed, or a chocolate bar "because I felt like it."

I'm now terrified of pecan pie and cheesecake after reading the nutrition facts ...

I used to go to Panera bread every morning and get an asiago cheese or cinnamon sugar bagel and then thought I was being good by putting reduced fat cream cheese on it. Then along with that I would get a caramel latte and thought I was being good by getting low fat milk in it.
