A little premature, starting this today. But I am excited. I know that will wane a bit by this time next week (that whole carb limiting change gets me pissy in the beginning), and I want to start on a good note.
So, this is entry number one, a positive one.

I'm not going to post current stats and measurement, cuz let's face it - when we're starting out, that's not exactly a positive point. But it shall be posted one day.
Training begins anew tomorrow - new diet, new weight and cardio regimen, new goal, new attitude. Current plan is to diet down initially, see what my true base is, what I am working with then build upon that. By the fall, I hope to have a good handle on things and be able to better judge my position. With a little luck and a lot of hard work, I'll look into spring shows at that time. A few good cycles. I'm not looking at the top; I'm looking to overcome my insecurities and self-consciousness and give it a go on stage. Truth be told, I'll be happy with not tripping and knocking over the girl next to me.
Them's the goals. Tomorrow, let the games begin!
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention - I'm 4 months from finishing my first year of residency. Lol!

I do love a challenge.
