You would think with a moniker like "Slenders" they'd at least try to use a flake with a little more fiber in it. I get organic flax seed based cereal at the local Wal*Mart that (combined with a scoop of protein powder, or better yet some yogurt / cottage cheese) kicks this stuff in the @$$ for less than half the price. And it tastes awesome.
If you're looking for great high protein food check out "Greek yougurt" instead of the "regular" stuff - it has like 3 to 4X the protein.

Idk what he's talkin about man, the tropical is bad stuff... i've noticed I've been finding excuses/avoiding my protein shakes once I was using this stuff... I finally bought some ON Whey to mix with it so I can hopefully get through the 10lbs of Nitro I bought a two weeks back.

I think the NitroFusion is decidedly a personal thing. I think that it's chalky as well... but I have found that if I mix it in a thicker shake (NOT with more NitroFusion, just a thicker shake) it is actually not bad.
However I sent a tub to my nephew and he loves it - he has bloat issues with a lot of other forms of protein and the Nitro is the first he says he's had that doesn't affect him at all......

Yes, my 2 bottles are coated in white powder. I strongly suspect bottles in this condition would be pulled from the shelves in a retail environment.
Are these "discounts" a way of moving merchandise that is defective, or cosmetically damaged? If so, great. But, shouldn't full disclosure be made regarding the condition of these "less than perfect" products we're spending money on, whether it's merely a cosmetic problem or worse?
A discounted product ad stating: "great deal! box is crushed, product examined to be in mint condition -- half off today!", would be a very novel and downright HONEST gesture.
This was my first purchase from wheycheap.com aka bodybuilding.com, and likely my last.

when shipped out, they were in mint condition. occasionally with capsule products, a capsule can break or leak in transit from heavy movement or dropping of boxes. there is nothing "wrong" with the product, but if you would like you could always send it back for an exchange of a new one.

Yea, you're right because I know PAC swears by the stuff. I know the quality is there, I just cant seem to get over the flavor/texture.. makes me even gag once in awhile. I'll get through it though by mixing it like you suggested, that was my next plan of action.

Usually, the products on wheycheap are as good as new.
Bodybuilding.coms customer service is up there with the best, trust me, as the CL rep above me said, if you just call and talk to them I'm sure they will replace it for you.

I've had so many ****ty protein powders in the course of finding a good one, and I have to say NitroFusion is right in the middle. It's not great, but it's not horrible either.
Does anyone know if chocolate is good?
