Intro


It's been far to long since I've been on the forum as a regular. I had a nice break and now I'm ready to get back in the swing of things. I've always been a big fan of anything Gaspari comes out with and I'm really looking forward to a fun 30 days on mito. Doing this log will really help me stay focused and god knows thats exactly what I need. So, feel free to drop by and maybe we can have a little fun or just be absurdly random either or works for me. This isn't a sponsored log, so I'm gonna run it how I feel, but for the most part I'll try and stick to my usual... If I can actually remember how I used to log.

Current Supp's:
Mitotropin (3 caps twice a day)
Novedex XT (2 caps in the PM)
Super Pump (2-3 scoops Pre-Workout)
Whey

Diet

I tend to do better low-carb so I'm leaning towards something keto'ish or the palumbo diet, but at this moment I plan on being low carb during the week with a cheat on saturday. I will post everything I eat in the day, so you'll see.

Workout: I try to lift heavy and hard I will also post up all my workouts/cardio along this log too.

Mito Experience: I will detail my experience while on mito day by day.

If I forgot anything else please feel free to critique. Today's my first day on mito and I will get everything going shortly.

Monday Day 1

GYM: Delts/Tri's

All warm ups excluded
Duration of Workout: 10am-11:30am

Supp's Used


Mito: 3 caps 40mins pre gym on a empty stomach.

Clean and Press: 3x15 with 95lbs (purely a warm up exercise for me).

Seated DB Press: 5x15,10,10,10,3

1x70lb DB's
2x80lb DB's
3x90lb DB's
4x90lb DB's
5x100lb DB's

Machine Shoulder Press "Facing Bench": 3x12,8,8 with 240lbs.

Seated DB Side Laterals: 3x15 with 30lb DB's

Wide Grip BB Upright Rows: 1x 25 with 95lbs.

Machine Side lateral: 1x20 with 85lbs.

Close Grip Bench Press: 3x10 with 225lbs.

Overhead DB Press: 3x13 with 85lb DB.

Machine Tri Pressdown: Whole stack to failure 20 + reps.


Cardio: 35 mins on the tread mill @ a 3.5 pace and a 10 incline.


The Workout Recap


Started out sluggish but despite feeling a bit lethargic working out in the morning on low carbs I still had great energy and focus. Not sure if I can note anything as far as Mito goes, but so far so good.


Diet
:

Meal 1: 9:00am 3 scoops whey in water.

Meal 2: 12:00pm 1.5 cups cottage cheese.

Meal 3: 3:00pm 1 chicken and 1 steak salad from taco fresco.

Meal 4: 6:30pm 5 grilled chicken tenders with a greek salad (Lettuce,oninion, cuccumber, and feta cheese).

Meal 5: 9:30pm 6 grilled tenderloins and the rest of the greek salad.


Summary


Ate like **** the last week it actually feels good to be eating clean again. It also feels funny to be back logging, but I need this to keep me on track and I can't wait to see what mito might have in store for me.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns "3 second hold at the bottom of every rep": 3x10 w/ 200lbs.

Got a late one in, but still felt pretty good overall. I ran through my workout at a pretty good pace. Nothing out of the ordinary to note so far, but I think I might be feeling some increase thermogenesis cause I was sweating pretty good early on into my workout more so then usual.


Diet
:

Coming on the way I think I might have one more meal to go.

Summary


Mito: 3 caps upon waking on empty stomach at 4:30am and 3 caps around 12 afternoon.

Solid day just going through the motions, so nothing to report thus far. I know I goofed up and put this log in the wrong section, so if it bothers anyone I will get it moved, but to be honest I don't give a damn and I really don't think its that big of a deal. Gotta be up at 4am for work Hopefully I can't fall asleep because I really want some more cottage cheese and PB.

Oh yay! A Giggs log. I'm in. Mito was awesome for me. Weight loss wasn't as drastic for me as others, but it got me over a long plateau and the recomp effect was crazy good for me.

I've missed you.
