1) BB.com user Name: Norwegian
2) Flavor Desired: Banana
3) Age: 22
4) Weight: 238.8 lbs.
5) Height: 6?4?
6) Body type: Endo
7) Current goal: Gain 6-8 lbs of LEAN mass prior to June. I?m expecting to do my first bodybuilding competition this summer, so I?ll be staying lean throughout; no bulking for me.
8) Have you ever used any Myogenix products before? No
9) If yes, what product? N/A
10) Would you be willing to do a Review, Log, or Both?
- Either one; although it?s a little difficult to log a protein/mass gainer product, as gaining mass is a combination of your diet AND post-workout supplementation in one [along with other factors, of course]. But I?ll definitely be able to do the weigh in prior to and following my run; rate every aspect of the product in terms of flavor, recovery, mixability, cost efficiency, etc., etc.
11) Training Experience (detailed Response):
- I?ve been training with weights since I was a Freshman in high school, as I joined the football team. I got interested in bodybuilding as I kept progressing in my lifts for football, and began training by myself on the side. It didn?t take long before I prioritized my lifting over football. Bodybuilding was the new name of the game for me.
I entered High School at 6?1?, 150 lbs, and graduated 6?3? 230 lbs. This was when living at home eating my mom?s cooking alongside of training. In college, I gained another 50 lbs after a huge bulk, and maxed out at 280 lbs bodyweight by early Sophomore year. Since then, I?ve spent my days dieting, cutting, fine-tuning, and gaining leeean mass while remaining at a confidently low bodyfat level.
- I?m currently working out 5 or 6 days a week, depending on my working hours at both jobs, as well as my school schedule. I focus on core exercises for all bodyparts, including Bench Press for Chest, Military Shoulder Press for Deltoids, Deadlifts for Back, Squats for Legs, Barbell Curls and Dips for Biceps/Triceps. I rarely use any cables apart from pressdowns.
- My split is as follows:
Day 1: Chest/Traps
Day 2: Arms (biceps, triceps)
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps
Day 4: OFF (or continue to Day #5s workout, without a break, depending on energy levels)
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Back/Traps
Day 7: Chest (or OFF)
Day 8: Continue.
- 3-5 exercises per muscle group. Rep range from 4-12 for my working sets. Normally perform 1-3 warm up sets per exercise. Forced reps, negatives, supersets and drop sets are all incorporated.
12) Current Supplements:
? ON Pro Complex
? Nature?s Way ISOpure
? MHP Dark Rage
? MRI WAR
? Universal Animal Pak
? Support supplements: Fish Oil, CLA, Vitamin C, Garlic, Oat Bran, Fiber, CoQ10, ECGC, Cissus, Hawthorn Berry

14) Tell us why you deserve to be a tester:
- I give unbiased, honest and straight-forward reviews and logs. I have not had the chance to log a mass building protein powder before, but I promise detailed reviews regarding flavor, consistency, etc. Finally, your post-workout formula looks incredibly thorough and would fit right into my current diet.

I am currently learning everyday more and more about this liftestyle. I am always looking for new things and I would love to help people out by doing a detailed log about this product. It looks awesome, it has everything you need in a post workout powder. I might just have to buy some if I'm not chosen

Good to hear man. Things are going okay, trying to figure out which college to go to next and get a real job. So on the topic of Aftershock, you think chocolate would be best? This looks like the kind of thing that will taste good in pretty much any flavor.

I would be willing to do BOTH

I will give you one of the best reviews that could be done! I make very informative and honest logs that hit on all key aspects. Myogenix and the consumers have nothing to gain from an impartial/lousy log.
Thanks for the opportunity!

Our flavoring system is pretty legit - so you really can't go wrong with any of the 3.
But our Chocolate is pretty damn good - IMO.

Awesome. What are you doing right now? What do you want to get into?
I am sure all flavors are delicious! But ya know, when trying out new things, chocolate is usually always safe

Right now I am taking a genomics lab class that is supposed to be a post-grad experience and we are doing novel research, and I have applied to the University of Washington for biochem, but they are on an admission freeze for spring. They are holding the app for fall admission so I really hope I make it. I either want to get into biology/chemistry or law...Im good at both.
That chocolate should be good...I think Ill put an app up soon.
