I would've preferred to substitute the sentence fragment "talk a lot of ****" for "are an idiot."

Rambo, why are you still here? We're clearly not buying the gospel that you preach, so why don't you take your dog and pony show someplace else where it will be appreciated.
Some suggestions:
The edge of a cliff
A black hole
The belly of a sperm whale
Your mama
Hell

that's basically what he's saying, either he's an idiot or a troll.
all we know for certain is that he's not a fitness innovator.

Troll? He's no troll! He's just camera shy.
When you're 6'2" and 230 pounds at 12% BF, wouldn't YOU be shy, bango?
You bet you would. And I'm STILL waiting for rambo's vid where he squats 225x55--or is that 55 pounds squatted 225 times? Strong endurance, here.

Well, jeez, Rambo... even if you do perfect your UNIVERSAL METHOD, we'll still have to go to girly gyms where we can't train hard because they're girly.
Are you inventing the ULTIMATE GYM too?

If he was anywhere near right it would be the most popular program in the NFL. Instead NOBODY USES IT! Millions of dollars on the line and nobody uses it. Even AJ's programs were a complete and utter failure. The biggest, strongest, fastest athletes on the planet don't use HIT.

Because you can't prove that it exists. And so far, you're the only person who has tested it. And unless you're the "Universal Man," you're experiences so far don't add up to ****.

My universal method will be able to adapt to each persons genetic structure and training goals. Im not suggesting every person will use the same exercises, frequency, etc.. those things will vary but the basic principles (ex-one set to failure) will apply to everyone.

And it will be a failure.

Well then stop jerking yourself off on an internet forum and put together a longitudinal study.
Building a Case Study: http://www.ischool.utexas.edu/~ssoy/...rs/l391d1b.htm
Because, "I've tested a couple people and they had good results," is bull****, plain and simple, unless you can back it up over the long term. For what you're talking about; A Universal Program that will work throughout the duration of a person's bodybuilding career (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite), guess what?! You'd have to keep these people on your program throughout the duration of their bodybuilding career. TWENTY YEARS SON! AT LEAST!
You think people are just gonna take some 18 year old pip squeaks word on it because he can open up a free account on a bodybuilding forum? YOU CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE A PHOTO OF YOURSELF FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND A HALF. Well, good luck with that, because so far you've had NO success whatsoever getting your point across.
You're wasting your time. I'd say you're wasting my time, but the truth is, I enjoy making a mockery of you because it will keep the sheep away from your bunk ass ****.
And we won't ever stop.
Go home. I hear your mom calling.

Was I the only person who voted for Arnold Schwarzenneger simply because he's a God without actually having a clue about the 1980 Mr Olympia?

So which is it, 6-8 weeks, or 12-24 weeks?
Strong inconsistency in your "Universal Method."

What data have you collected that shows the efficacy of MCT? How did you collect said data? For how long? How did you evaluate it? How many beginners, intermediates, advanced and elite trainees were involved in your study? Were variables such as diet, sleep and supplementation controlled so as not to affect the results of your findings?
