Unleashing my ANIMAL with STAK/M-STAK/STORM
My Stats-
Height - 6'2
Weight - starting 199, as of today - 206.2
Body fat - not sure, hoping after posting some pics, some of you can help me get a guestimate
Chest - 41 "
Shoulders - 50"
Waist - 33"
Arms - 14"
My Goals -
1. Increase shoulder and chest width while keeping reasonable waist line
2. Increase all lifts
3. Hit a clean 215 lbs.
4. Gain knowledge about myself and others and become a more active part of the BB.com community
5. Show the awesome profile and effects of Universal products
My Diet -
Meal #1 - 2 Bowls oatmeal + 1 banana
Meal #2 - 8-10 oz ground beef/steak + 1 piece fruit + 3/4 cup brown rice
Meal #3 - 8-10 oz Chicken Breast + 1 piece fruit + 3/4 cup brown rice
Meal #4 - 8-10 oz ground beef/steak + vegetables
Meal #5 - 16 oz whole milk + 2-3 scoops ON whey + PB/Banana
Water - 1 + gallons per day
I try to keep my diet pretty clean while eating enough to put good weight on. I do allow myself 1 cheat meal per week and will be completely honest with everyone on this log for accurate results. Because I am bulking, I will allow the occasional slice of pizza or something of that nature slip in, but I only consider something a full cheat meal if it truly throws off macros such as: full pizza, burgers and fries, carton of ice cream, etc. But if i do cheat, again I will be honest even if it is upsetting or embarrassing, I don't want universal products to get a bad name because I wasn't self controlled and then lie about it.
Workout Split
I change my split every 3 weeks, this week will be all over so I will post the split I will be starting NEXT monday. It is a split where I train chest and back 2x per week, it may sound like a bit of overtraining and it may be, but my theory is after the 3 weeks when I switch back to only working those muscles 1x per week, I will see great growth from the extra recovery. Any thoughts on this are welcome. I am no pro by any means....
Monday - Legs - Squats - 4 sets heavy, Rack deadlifts - 4 sets heavy, Lunges - 4 sets, calf raises - 4 sets, single leg dumbbell calf raises - 4 sets
Tuesday - Upper Back/Chest - Incline BB bench - 4x6-8, Incline DB flyes - 4x8, Incline wire flyes - 3x10, Decline pushups - 4x15. Wide grip pulldowns - 10,8,6,4, Reverse grip pulldowns - 8,6,6,8, Straight arms lat pulls - 3x10
Wednesday - Abs - 5 exercises x 3 sets
Thursday - Shoulders + Arms - BB press 4x8, upright wire rows 10,8,6,4, Reverse incline flyes - 3x10, front laterals 3x10, Shrugs - 4x6-10, Biceps - Dumbbell preacher curls 3x9, Triceps - Wire extensions + pushdowns 3x8.
Friday - off
Saturday - Back/Chest -Pyramid BB bench press - 10,8,6,4,2,1,2,4,6,8,10. DB Flyes 3x8, Cable crossover - 4x10, Bent over BB rows - 8,6,6,8 - Cable lawnmowers - 4x8, Seated cable rows - close grips - 3x6, wide grip - 3x10
Sunday - Abs - 5 exercises x 3 sets
IT is an interesting split, and I will take any input that anyone will give, I am really confident it will work well with my goals though so fingers crossed.
MISC
- Supps -
Days 1-42 - Animal Stak
Days 43-63 - Animal M-Stak
Days 1-63 - Universal Storm
Today is actually the end of my first can, so day 21, I have gained 7.2 pounds and ID say 4-5 is clean and 2-3 dirty, I got a little excited going from cutting to bulking and may have overdone it a bit on the food intake and buffet the first week or so haha.
I know this was long but I want to be detailed so my followers understand, Reps to all who follow and support me, thanks for taking the time to check this out!

Day 21
Today was Back, possibly my favorite day:
Wide grip pulldowns: 15x120, 12x135, 8x150, 6x165, 6x180, 4x195
Wide grip seated cable rows: 8x180, 6x195, 6x210, drop set 8x135, drop set 12x120
Smith machine bent over BB rows( inverse grip) - 8x135, 8x155, 6x165, 6x185, drop set 10x135
One-armed cable rows(each hand)- 130x6, 120x8, 110x10
Straight Armed lat pulls - Burnout 90x20
I felt awesome tonight! my veins were popping, my back felt like it was going to tear through my shirt. I can honestly say that Stak really does bring out your inner beast. Now at the end of my first can I am really feeling the full effects. I was doubtful at first of a testo booster when I am only 21, but man I am putting up weights now I never would have dreamed of 3 or 4 months ago. I have a long ways to go, but Universal is helping me get there!
BTW - I will not be posting my daily diet, it is the same every day as what I posted in my first post, I will only make reference to it on cheat days or any time I replace a meal for something else.
BTWW - no more long posts, I promise haha

Day 22
Shoulders
BB shoulder press - 8x135, 8x145, 6x165, 4x165
DB shoulder press - Burnouts - 45x10, 45x10, 45x10
Upright cable rows - 120x8, 130x6, 140x6, dropset 90x10, holding at top
DB side laterals - 25x8, 25x8, 25x8
Side shrugs with 45 lb. plate - 3x12 - hold 4 seconds at top
Today was kind of a light shoulder day, just trying to work them good without too much since I just lifted shoulders a few days ago. Shoulders are definitely my weakest area so I will be looking for big improvements here.
Diet - so far so good
Song of the day - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQZiGVROxrY
Feeling strong, working the PM tonight, so I was happy to get my lifts in before work when I still had some energy.
Tomorrow will be a light day, just some light jogging and core work.

Subbed in. I'm running M-stak and stak at the same time right now, just started it so can't say too much about the stak, but I've had great luck with the M-stak in the past. Gonna turn you into an eating machine.

Straight arm knee pulls - 3x15xbw
----superset w/----

-Song of the day- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ_KY6jbQww
On another note, I was taking white Flood for the first couple weeks of my cycle just cuz i had some laying around and I like getting a good pump. I have never been a very veiny guy as far as my arms and such, but lately the veins have really been popping out. However, I have been out of the white flood for over a week and I seem to be getting the same vascularity and pump i was with it. I see that Stak has a vasodilator complex in it, not sure if this could be responsible for that but just a thought.

Glad to have you man. Honestly I would suggest going with storm or maybe pump. You def need some creatine along with the stak if you are trying to bulk, and storm is like $30 for 80 servings and has a very legit profile. Either way let me know how you like it, I am really loving it, really brings out your full potential. Also, think about logging it if you have the time, all the animal reps are good about hanging around and answering questions and that can be a big help especially when you are new. GL bro

Day 24
Legs:
-Squats: 10x135, 8x225, 6x275, 4x315
-Weighted step ups into calve raises - 3x8 each leg
-Weighted lunges: 30 lb. DB in each hand - 3x10
-calf raises with BB on back - 225 lb. - 3x15
-Plyo jumps with 30 lb. DB in hand - 3x15
-I'll be honest, I haven't lifted legs in over a month, so although this workout is subpar compared to many, it TORE me up today.
-I was happy that I was able to get 315 though because that is where I left off, Stak was definitely helping me today.
-I will usually do rack deadlifts with legs, but my back was getting tore up from the squats alone and I didn't have my belt or straps with me today so I held off
Stak: Just another day in the books, feeling great! I always feel so much more solid when I lift than I have in past, I really feel like my full potential is being used when I am lifting.

Day 25
Arms
Bis:
-Hammer curls- 10x30, 10x30, 10x30
-Seated DB curls - 6x40, 6x40, 6x40
-1 armed preacher curls - 9x30, 9x30, 9x30 => all done burnout with no rest between sets
-Standing cable curl(each hand)- 10x50, 8x60, 6x70
Tris:
-1 arm cable extensions - 10x60, 8x70, 6x80 - drop set - 12x50
-Cable pushdowns - 10x130, 8x140, 6x150, 6x160
-overhead cable extensions - 10x110, 8x120, 6x130
Thoughts:
-Arms were swollen as hell today. Like I had mentioned before, the vascularity I am seeing now is something I could have never imagined previous to this cycle, it is insane to me.
-Felt solid all workout - felt like I could keep going, but know I have been kind of overtraining my arms lately so I laid off a little
-Contemplating stacking Animal Pump with M-stak when that times comes. I will be starting M-stak right around the time I will be running out of Storm. Any thoughts from any of the ANIMAL REPS would be much appreciated.

Days 26&27
Saturday:
I jogged 4 miles outside for some cardio. I typically don't do cardio during bulking sessions, but yesterday was also my cheat meal (ci cis buffet) so I felt like the cardio would go to good use burning some excess carbs
Abs:
-crunches with feet up - 4x15 ---superset w/---- heal touches 4x25
-Decline crunches - 3x15---superset w/----locked arm knee raises - 3x15
-Great day, I was happy with my conditioning considering I haven't run in a month. Storm and Stak holding up strong as usual
Today:
Diet - only thing to mention is my meals with ground beef are now being substituted for lean cuts of steak. Added some carbs and fat to my post-workout shake by adding in a banana and PB...delicious.
Workout - Upper Chest/Upper Back -
BACK:
-Widegrip Lat pulldowns - 10x140,8x160,5x180,4x180 --dropset 10x100 freezing for 3-4 seconds at chest.
-Straight Arm lat pulls - 10x100, 8x115, 6x130
-Reverse grip lat pulldowns - 8x160, 6x180, 4x200--dropset--12x140
CHEST:
-Incline Bench press - 10x135, 8x155, 3x185(+20 PR), 8x155

Solid workouts as always in here.
Nothing beats stacking the two. The only situation that may need to be addressed is they both contain the stim pills... so if you feel like you are sensitive to stims, I would take out the red pill in one or the other or both.
It's a solid stack all around though. With M stak be sure to eat eat eat and eat some more. Also increase your protein intake.

Awesome, I am pretty excited to try that out. Storm is awesome, but I have really been missing a preworkout stim with these long work days and all. I am actually the opposite, not sensitive to stems at all so I may even try leaving both red pills in, but I will figure out my tolerance first. I will definitely increase protein and food intake while on M-stak, I will be starting that up in about 2 weeks.

Day 28&29
Monday:
Took the day completely off, really feeling beat down and tired, also had to work an 8 hour Lifeguarding shift in 85 degree weather so I just focused on drinking a lot of water, still hit all my diet marks and got my protein in, good day of rest.
Today:
SHOULDERS:
-I decided to take a little break from presses today and do kind of a circuit workout to put some cuts in my shoulders
Low cable shoulder extensions - 3x8
---superset w/-----
cable front raises - 3x10
---superset w/-----
ISO shrugs - 4 second hold at top - 4x10
Reverse incline flyes - 3x8
---superset w/-----
Swimmers - 3x8
---superset w/-----
standing laterals - 3x6
My shoulders on fire during this workout. Because I have been doing heavier lifting with lower reps, I have been giving myself good rest periods between sets, but today everything was superset with little to no rest between sets. Felt amazing and only took about 25 minutes to complete.
Stak notes:
-Seeing more veins every day, have veins now coming out in my shoulders a little.
-Feeling the full effects and loving it

Subbed, I've been interested in M-Stak for a while, as well as Stak, and I can't wait to see how your results turn out.

Day 30
ARMS:
Bis:
-Seated DB curls - 8x40, 8x40, 8x40
-1 armed preacher curls - 10x30, 8x35, 6x40
-1 armed cable curls - 50x10, 60x8, 60x8
-Cable rope curls - 90x8, 100x8
Tris:
-Overhead rope cable extensions(split hands at end of extension) - 12x100, 10x110, 8x120
-Rope pushdowns - 10x110, 10x120, 10x130
-Weighted Dips - 12xBW, 10x45, 8x90
Feelings:
-Arms were swollen and pumped out today, I use to never care about arm day, but now I can't wait for it just to see the swell.
-Strength continues to increase
-Weight as in pounds seem to be around the same, but I have really cleaned up my diet the last 2 weeks, so I feel like I am looking more muscular and solid and that my gains are real gains. Not sure if I will hit 215, and I am ok with that, I would rather gain 5 pounds of muscle rather than 15 pounds with half of it being clean and half dirty. I want a bigger frame so when I cut I can really be ripped, but I have no significant reason to just be big, so I am keeping an eye on the diet.

Day 31
LIGHT CHEST:
Chest:
-Cable Crossovers(each hand) - 12x70, 10x80, 8x90, 6x100
-Standing Cable Flyes - 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
-Underhand cable Flyes(targeting lower peck) - 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
-Incline Pushups - 3x12
Feelings:
-My gym situation is currently messed up, so I am still getting solid workouts in, but I realize my split must look kind of weird. I will be back to normal on monday
-Love cable work! nothing makes the chest pump out like the cables.
Diet:
-Have added a meal between Meal #1 and #2 - It is typically just going to be 2 TBSP of Peanut Butter on whole wheat, with some whole milk. I recalculated my macros and I probably need to add another meal on top of this to make 7 meals total, but we will see.
-As mentioned before, I have readjusted to really hit a very lean bulk, I don't need to be Football big, just want to be strong and lean.
-I feel like Stak is an awesome tool to use for lean bulking, because it unleashes your full potential, you are increasing size and strength but it isn't just swelling you up like creatine or other mass bulkers.
QUESTION FOR UNIVERSAL REPS
-I have looked at my schedule, and I would like to start cutting a little earlier than originally planned. However, I still want to run a full can of M-stak. Would it be ok to run the M-stak with the rest of my can of Stak? Or am I better off just finishing my last 10 days on Stak then starting in on M-stak?
