Getting Shreded With Shred Matrix ~ Muscle Pharm Sponserd Log ~
First off I just want to say I am very excited for this opportunity that Muscle Pharm has giving me. I will be logging this product for 45-60 days Why do I say 45-60? beacause after 30 days I may bump up to 2 packets a day.
About me
Well first off let me just give you a little info on myself I am 21 years old. Right now my weight is 215 I will be logging this product to help me attain my goal to getting to 185. I want to become cut with good definition by summer.

How will I be taking Sherd matrix
I will be taking 1 pack in the morning about 20-30 minutes before my breakfast meal. I will also be drinking a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day and depending how I react or Feel I will gradually work my way up to two packs a day
Goals for my log
I would love for my weight to hit around 200-195. Right now I am currently at 215 so losing 20 pounds would be cool but well see what happens.
official start date
I will start in the morning when I wake up with my first pack of Shred Matrix also tomorrow I will post new starting pictures and try to get a work out plan for people to see so I guess all I have left to say now is TIME TO GET SHREDDED

ok so I took my first packet around 7 AM so its been almost for hours now...So far even though it is still early I notice i have more energy for the lack of sleep that i did get last night. this energy is smooth doesn't hit me hard at all I will be going to the gym in the a few hours and also will post pictures later on so every can follow along my with my progress

looks great. Make sure to post before and after pictures. They always make a great statement. Read your review of NitroFusion and now less excited about it, because I just bought a tub lol.

First day
So today I took My first pack of Shred and I have to say the energy i received from it was a 10/10 It was really smooth and the energy didn't hit me hard or anything i wasn't jittery at all during the course of the day. As for the cravings i really didn't have any through out the day but i don't know if that was cause of the pills or because I wasn't craving anything so i guess more time will be able to tell that. So the energy i had at the gym was very good but it wasn't like i had more energy but to me it seemed more focus was what I was getting then anything. Here is what i did today
Super set:
Barbell rows with front pulldowns 4 sets 12 reps
One Arm dumbell rows 4 sets 12 reps
Dropset:
Standing Barbell Curls 4 sets 12 reps
Dumbell Curls 4 sets 12 reps
With 30 minutes of cardio
I know today dosnt seem like that much but thats what the work out plan For today Was I am working out 6 times a week and tommrow will be legs I will be adding Starting photos in next post

Day two
OK so today was great again the energy was amazing i dident need anything else well i was at the Gym I was focused and everything Shred Matrix kept me energized pretty much all day and at the gym again i had a great work out today i did legs and here is what it was
Pre-Exhaust:
Leg extensions with leg presses 4 sets 12 reps
hacks Sqauts 4 Sets 12 Reps
Lying Leg Curls 4 Sets 12 Reps
Seated Leg Curls 4 sets 12 reps
And then I did Some Ab exercise and 30 mins of Cardio, I keep trying to take New pictures But I havent anyone to help me take them I will post Asap though.

I got my NItroFusion protein today. Ohh what a piece of **** tasting protein. I got tropical fusion, taste nothing like tropics. Unless they mean wood of tropic trees. Ohh and it gave me gas too, so much for those digestive enzymes.

I know i have been gone for about a week but I am back now I havent been at the gym too much and my cardio is lacking Im going to start up again hardcore tommrow it sucks it seems like i have taken a week off but I have been trying to sale my fathers house and that has taking up alot of time but i will be back at the gym tommrow also tho i have been taking my sherd in the morning before a meal the enrgy i get is still amazing starting tommrow i will be trying to do 45 mins of cardio a day
