There suppose to be the Golds Classic in Wilmington in June but I cant find any info on it.

My Sis in law is about to compete in greensboro in a couple of weeks. Then off to Charleston SC for the NPC jr nationals. I may go again. It is long days but is really interesting. One of the guys in my gym is going as well if he is ready.
I went to watch last year and got the bug. My goal is two years.
She competed in figure last year but is in bodybuilding this time.
Oh, I am in Charlotte.

Hello my name is Allen im sort of new hear but been a member for a few months now. Back in November after I left the Stevenson Toyota/Scion dealership in jacksonville ,NC. I felt like i need to get my life back after being about 205lbs at 5'8. I grew up as a military brat and Alll through high school I always weighed about 140-150 ran cross country and track (Distance runner). so years of Automotive Industry from bodywork to car sales put some extra weight ok alot of weight. I felt tired all the time and had to drink some much caffine to get me going. So after i moved down to the Atlantic Beach, NC. I decide to enroll at Golds gym. I was curenttly unemployed so i had plenty of time for the gym. So from December- March I lost about 20lbs doing nothing but cardio. Ive always wanted to put on some muscle mass but back in high school i was involved in running so It wasnt fesable. so my goal was to lose as much weight but my birthday then start to do a clean bulk that was march 10th (185lbs). so here Im am now my current workout sechudle,food intake and supplemnets are as follow. now i work as a rep for Alltel (soon verizon) so sechedule is a little wired.
I'll hit the Gym about 6-7am
MONDAY: Chest, Back, Abs
TUESDAY: Shoulders, Arms
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Legs
Friday:Chest, Back, Abs, Shoulders, Arms
Saturday: rest
Sunday: rest
Breakfast - 6am
3 whole omega 3 eggs/ 1/3 cup of whites
1/2 cup of salsa
cheese
1 serving of oatmeal banana
7am Pre-Workout drink
-1 scoop White Flood
after workout
-1 scoop -100% Gold Standard Whey
-1 scoop -Green mag Creatine
10 am-Snack
-Cottage cheese
1pm-Lunch
-1 cup of rice
-Chicken Breast
-Brocolli
4pm-Snack
-Met-Rx - Big 100 colossal
-1 serving of POM
8pm-Dinner
-New york Strip
-Rice
10pm before bed
-1 scoop of 100% gold Standard Casein Protein
