Calculator: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html
March 1
5'10" / 183lbs (out-of-town weekend)
3-point BF = 15.34% [Chest: 8mm | Abdominal: 19mm | Thigh: 27mm]
4-point BF = 17.52% [Abdominal: 19mm | Thigh: 27mm | Tricep: 22mm | Suprailiac: 10mm]
Comments: The 3point test came out a little lower than I expected. Good luck, everyone :-)

Raise the roof people, lets get this party started, fired up today,
Woof woof woof, ( yeah, Im a Browns Fan)
As alot of you know, Im a few cards short of a full deck, and I started my stationary bike journey.. Mark, lol, Immm baaackk, lol
So, every hour, I ride my bike for 5 minutes on the hour, I dont work.. Well, I do, but its from home, so i have the time to do this..
So, Im awake for 14 hours a day.
every 5 minutes block, I ride 1.5 miles, burning 30 calories..
If I did this every hour, for 6 months, I will burn around 75,000 calories, or about 24 lbs of pure fat..
This keeps me pumpin, and focused on the goal..
I also smoke, BUT, Im quiting.. So, I dont smoke 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the bike ride..
Going to be fun..
Woot

Hey there jecristragedy, great to see your doing good,
20 minutes, 6.1 miles, 135 calories burned so far today..
AND, down to 1/2 a cig per hour.. Which, is pretty good, cause I was averaging 5 an hour.. I also have the E-cig, so going to switch to that tomorrow, then be smoke free by Friday, big goal for me..
But the bike riding is great, not boring, gives me something to look forward to, and keeps me in check.. Its a big mental boost for me, and keeps the blood flowing.. Then I have my wife with the whip, " Bike time" she calls it, so she is helpin me out.. She lifts her shirt up, cause she has a bad ass 10 pack, LOL, "if you want these, get your butt moving"..
So, its fun, and thanks for asking, AND great luck on the contest..

I was going to join in, but the darn Fattrack II is such a pain. Mine's been broken for a while, and randomly restarts. Plus... it's tough to caliper pinch-test yourself
