Hey all! You guys are looking fabulous! I've only been doing the Hydroxycut Max for a week now. I just started doing the three pill dosage yesterday and all seems to be well. Hopefully it will stay that way!
ETA: So far I've lost 5lbs!

Should we just start posting progress pictures at anytime, or wait until 30 days and post?

Maddi is in
HI everyone. I registered and purchased my Hydroxycut on February 28 as well. I will put up before pictures by Thursday, March 6. I do not want to begin my diet and transformation training until my product arrives. I checked my calendar and this will give me exactly 8 weeks. Looking forward to the contest.

Post them whenever! I personally like once a week, then you can keep weekly progress updates on your bodyblog. If not once a week then maybe every 2 weeks? Big changes can happen in 7 or 14 days! Good Luck!

checking in
Hey, looks like everyone is doing a great job! I've actually started the transformation on Jan 1 and ate semi-clean. As of 16 days ago, I've eaten 100% clean....not one cheat. Lifting 6 days a week heavy. Walking on treadmill 25 min at 4.0 6 days /week. My rear is still flabby. Thinking I'll up the cardio.
Took Hydroxycut only for one month and noticed a difference. (Jan). Took Feb off of a fat burner and am ready to do another month now. I know it's past the purchase date for hydroxycut-purchased my first bottle within the dates. I'll purchase another bottle now. I want to look like the blond hydroycut girl in the Oxygen Magazine ads. Body fat checked-am at 15% now and have lost 10 pounds. Here is a jan 1 pic and 3 day old pic.
Good luck to all!!!!

EDIT: It says here: Visit the Website and submit your Essay and After Pictures. Entries must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2009... That gives you well over 3 Weeks.. 3 weeks a personal goal??

What is Gluten, I guess I could google it. lol. Durrr.
EDIT: Ewww. Gluten foods look gross from what I found. lol. But Worldwide, gluten is an important source of nutritional protein, both in foods prepared directly from sources containing it, and as an additive to foods otherwise low in protein

I eat Gluten Free because I have celiac disease ( I don't like the disease word) but i have to eat gluten/Wheat free forever! But it's really the best thing to happen to me, I've never felt better!! My whole life I had digestive problems with crazy intense stomach cramps and diarrhea Immediately after I would eat stuff with wheat in it.. especially pizza, sandwiches, Asian food (soy sauce)... I only found out about 1.5 years ago, and it's just been so great there-on after!
Even you're not a celiac I think it's great to choose not to eat Glutens/Wheat.. you can find all those nutrients in other things!

Progress / Chocolate
I need to take new pictures, but I am really pleased with my progress so far. I have never taken a fat burner before, but I really love the "lift" I get from the Hydroxycut. I thought this would be a little harder, but I own a healthy chocolate business, so between the Hydroxycut and my "good" chocolate that I can have 3 pieces a day on my diet, I have not been having the cravings I used to have. If anyone needs help with sweets, please let me know. My website is www.baldwinschocolateforlife.com.
I love the fact I get to have my chocolate and still be one of the girls in the best shape in my gym now.
Good luck to all of you!!!
I will post my progress pics in a few days.
Mel.

1/2 way through down 20 lbs and lots of inches, still strong lifting weights.
I have a long way to go still but, I was so excited to see the difference that my efforts have made. Its really a lifestyle change. I really enjoy seeing everyones progress, Ocean Blue your pictures are an inspiration.
The lifting and the cardio has helped lift my moods and the real mood lifter is putting on the same clothes and feeling how loose they are. The Hydroxicut is working great, It helps curb my appetite and gives me energy. Yeah.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
a reminder of how to link the pictures to be visable in the thread, I copied a post from BB.com/muscletec contest here it is.

Hi
Holly that is so awesome; 20 pounds!!! Did you know that 1 pound equals 4 sticks of butter. That means we have lost 80 sticks of butter each . . . YIKES!
Also, good job to you too metalhealth and Melissa. Keep the momentum going!
Hope everything else is doing well and hanging in there. This is one of my favorite quotes. Unfortunately, I don't know who said it but it keeps me going;
"When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place."
~ Unknown
Enjoy whats left of the weekend!
