I was going to say barbell because of the amount of weight you can add.
But come to think of it, i would never be benching 225 right now if it was not for dips.
Dips with bodyweight, then add on the weight with the belt.

Exactly, it varies from person to person.... there is no Right answer.
It's a moot point anyways, as most people (average lifter) don't train hard/properly enough for the specific exercise to factor into their growth.

full ROM and correct form is the culprit as to why people do not make the significant gains they potentially should.
its not what exercise is better, its about control, ROM and form.
this is a _____ thread

lol, seriously - I do find entertainment in watching all the people w/out avi's and tiny pecs answering though... sometimes, when you can't stop a train wreck, the best thing to do is sit back an enjoy the show.

Well, the title of the thread is "Building huge Titan pecs".
Most people can usually do over 50 push-ups with their own bodyweight after a signicant amount of training, if not more. In order to build muscle you have to overload it and cause a stimulus, and push-ups are more generally looked upon as an endurance test for most bodybuilders.

Ihave never really trained w/ db bench press - People tell me that it is the way to go but im still stuck with a bar. I might switch to some db's next few times around after lookin at the results. but either way - everyones opinion is going to be their own.

Decline dumbells apparently. But I've only ever done one set of those in my life. And most people probably wouldn't do them.

Assuming one exercise is the best for absolutely everybody and then calling a poll fail, is a fail itself. Fool.
