Ever since me and my gf got chicken lettuce wraps at a chinese food place we've wanted to make them, so I did.
Chicken marinadated in soy sauce and ginger. carrots added for more crunch.
I coudn't take a picture of it wrapped, so here it is before I wrapped it!
Next time I'm adding scallions and/or seasame seeds

I've been bored with chicken lately, so I tried experimenting with new flavors. Here's a new creation from Cyde's kitchen. It came out MUCH better than I hoped. Mmm.
Zero-carb sweet & spicy orange chicken:

Yup, that was my marinade. Chicken soaked in 1 can of diet orange soda for 24 hours + dry rub right before cooking.
Dry rub:
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
3/5 tbsp cayanne
2 packs splenda
1/4 tbsp dry basil

Exactally. That, and Im not a big fan of pasta. Its gotta be made with a really great homemade sauce, then I cant get enough of the stuff.

I feel like Orange Soda/Wasabi sauce or Orange Soda/Soy Sauce/Ginger would be pretty good too. No hate on your recipe, obviously it sounds delicious as well.

I know that the phone pics blow, but this tasted really good. My sister in law made a similar thing the other night (although hers looked a little more appetizing, lol) so this was my attempt to duplicate potato wrapped chicken...
BTW, that orange chicken sounds pretty easy to make so I'll add orange soda to the grocery list.
