Same here, it made me sick to my stomach and there were a few times I had to leave the gym to stop myself from throwing up.

Interesting. How long did you take it before you noticed this?
I'm stacking Green MAG, White Flood and Purple Wraath and haven't felt better!

Does it make his Spider sense tingle too? Like you said, everyone's different. It could work wonders for him, work like dog poop for you.
Supplements are a hit or miss, and that gets expensive.

So yes, they have creatine in them. This is the only thing I don't like about Muscletech, they never tell you that amounts. Just says "xxxxmg" total.

I have taken cellmass for awhile with decent results, currently taking sizeon, (3 days in).
a guy at my gym takes a creatine e2 supp before and after his workout. He also takes sizeon postworkout. He swears by this creatine dosing. Is he taking too much creatine at a time, is he wasting his money or harming himself?
Any feedback would be welcome, for Iam considering this...maybe?

O RLY? You eat less, it comes off.
Not knocking you, but you're doing something wrong. I went from 245lbs to 175lbs then bulked to 200lbs in just over a year and a half.
All I did was move more, eat less. Wild eh?

Yea I got the concept. Did you loose strength as you cut? should I still take creatine as I cut or dump it?

Yes the monohydrate is the best for quicker gains, but if you want to have a reliable muscle gain stick with the hydrocloride. Not only will it give your muscles the juice they need, it also wont wear away when you deside to quit (unlike the monohydrate that tends to drain a good portion of the muscle you just worked so hard to gain)
My best results have been with the Amplified Creatine 189 from GNC, but if you deside to use this product try breaking the pills in half before taking them, otherwise they might pass through without digestion.

Due to the current economic situation, my budget is rather tight.... so, I'm going back to my Prolab Mono with Gatorade powder mixed with PW. Solid and very economic.

This thread rocks for sure. It has been around for a while as I looked at it a long time ago and it is interesting to see the changes in "what's hot".
I agree with a LOT of the posts here especially when regarding some of the companies that take out an ad that looks like a legit part of a mag. Like a special report or something. I won't mention names but all of you know what the business is on this one.
The reason this bothers me is there are probably some people who are new to the scene, and want to get some quick knowledge about what works right now. They pick up a mag and see this and next thing you know they are slapping down 80 bones for a product that may (or probably not) work. Next thing you know they think they are a nonresponder to creatine or whatever.
I have used Gaspari's stuff ie Superpump 250 and I got fantastic results the first time I used it. It rocks for sure! One downside was the superdump that followed the dose pretty close to 33 minutes and 15 seconds after taking it.
I had a friend recommend Hypershock to me and I have taken it and still take it. I am a strong believer in this product. More intense workouts, increased strength, can add another set of full reps to all exercises. I have debated with some keyboard commandos about how it can't work this good. It does for me.
I have yet to try the GM/WF stack but I am tempted. I would like to get some samples but not willing to register here and send this to here. I don't have time (or won't allow time) to do that crap and honestly, I am lucky if I get rebate info sent out on time even if it's $100 for buying a flatscreen.
It would be nice if you could just buy a sample kit with a couple servings of each. Not for free, just for like $10-15 so I know if it will work or not.
I have tried (and pissed a lot of money away) a few products that were nothing but snake oil and with the price of these being around $65 each I would not be excited if I got nothing out of them.
Anyway, Sorry for the ramble. I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks to all who have posted regarding this. I just got back into it full force a few weeks ago but I am seeing gains and amped way up.
Be safe all......Good luck to each of you.
Scott

if you liked green mag, stick with it because you would be hard pressed to find a better creatine cocktail at such a great price per serving

Amplified Creatine 189! Doesn't give you a ton of water weight and goes into your muscles better. Not to mention the major boost you get from it. I prefer it over monohydrate.

Call me weird but i really think SAN V12 Turbo even a old formula is hard to beat. Also i am a big fan or Man Clout. Green Mag is a little over hyped on this site.

I got Green Magnitude at the end of last week and I love the stuff already. The Sour Apple is hands down the best tasting supplement I have ever taken.
My wife says that the dry powder smells like cotton candy...lol.

Well I said I took half a jug which would almost be 40 servings so that is a little more than one or two weeks. Then I started storm and was seeing better results almost immediately havent taken a break in bettwen. Im going to take 40 servings then cycle off. Yeah after 40 servings I do expect to see more out of my gains and size not much more just some more and I got it when I switched.

That's a lot of creatine. How many grams is it?
I know Green MAG has;
Magnesium Creatine Chelate - 2500mg
2CM Dicreatine Malate - 2500mg

It's 5 grms of creatine total. The combo in Storm has proven to be very effective. Multiple sources give the user a better chance of responding. Of course we use the tried and true monohydrate form in there as well.
There are additional ingredients which are NO boosters as well as a complex that helps absorption. Storm is much more than just creatine.
