*** Random Thoughts***
A little about me, I am a repeat offender when it comes to yo-yo diets and am a big fan of carbs. I have been every weight from an obese over eating 230lbs to an anorexic and bulimic 125lbs. Now I've hit back over 200lbs which has been my fear for the past 1-2yrs. I did this to myself with all of my excuses and try all the quick fix diets but now I am in it to win it, long term. My turning point I was watching Biggest Loser and I was in tears cause I could relate to just about everyone on there. Tired of being fat, unhealthy, and self conscious. I tried doing keto for about 2.5wks and it has been frustrating most of the reason being I'm a vegetarian and I wasn't seeing the results I'd hoped for but more importantly it caused a big drop in my iron levels. So now I'm reevaluating my diet and ready to get back into the swing of things so to speak.

I bust a move behind closed doors but I enjoy it so much but I am still very shy about it, I'd prolly hit the ground real quick if someone saw me. The great thing about doing your own private session you can wear whatever you want and bust whatever move you want no matter how wacky it looks as long as your sweatin hehe. Give it a go 30-45mins of your favorite tunes and just rock out or try to keep up with a bunch of youtube dance videos!

HAHA just had a mental image of ME doing that & it was really funny!
I actually workout in my home gym with the music really loud... and I bust all kinda moves in between sets! LOL
I might treat myself to a dance cardio session one of these nights after the kids go to bed... just for fun!

My ultimate goal is to one day have my own home gym/pole room. Even just a few basic pieces would make me happy. Let me know how the cardio jam session goes.

Thanks for welcoming me, yea I am determined this time to get this diet/healthy way of eating right so I can stop yo-yo dieting and just hopefully watch the numbers start melting down. I want to be under 160lbs I haven't been under 160lbs in 3yrs, so that alone is like my first big goal.

I am feeling ok, haven't been able to work out much I fell down on concrete and hurt both legs in two different places and I haven't wanted to push my luck since my job requires me to stand for the entire shift. I'm excited to get back in the gym on monday, I have already planned out my workouts for the wk. I will try for a smile in my next pics, maybe even a semi pose.

I am fine, during the day I'm usually positive until you know I feel bloated and look down at my gut or look in a full size mirror *yuck* hopefully motivating. One thing I will miss though once I lose the weight is my boobs. I gain weight in: 1) stomach 2) back 3) thighs 4) boobs.
