test/dbol & deca

Hey

I have just begun my 3rd week of test e/deca & dbol. Good gains already (off the dbol anyway) and horny as a rutting rhino. This said, i suffered badly until sunday with "test flu" but all done with now.

BUT, my question here is concerning training whilst on this cycle. Im in weightlifting to gain size (arent we all) but, i feel and look rather watery and cloated around the mid section and abit of the chest. Would the following training regime still enable good solid muscle gains?!

Monday Legs & Abs -
Tuesday Arms Cardio (20mins)
Wednesday Abs Cardio (40/50mins)
Thursday Back Cardio (20mins)
Friday Chest & Abs & Cardio (20mins)
Saturday OFF
Sunday Shoulders Cardio (20mins)

How much dbol are you taking? It makes some people very bloated. Changing your training regimen won't help with water retention. Most of the guys on here know how to handle the retention. Maybe they'll help. Only advice I can offer is to have a low sodium diet and/or lower the dose of dbol.

Low sodium diet drink lots of water and maybe throw in a low dosed AI.

if you're really concerned about it you can throw in an ai, but I wouldn't bother. You can try and reduce sodium as well as carbs and up your water intake. maybe do some extra cardio.

Thanks for all replies. I am taking 40mg dbol per day. i think i will just have to grin and bear it. I got bloat on last 10 week cycle then the bloat went away when i began cruising so at least i`ll know it will go

Im on the same cycle bro....just about to start wk 6 and my results are going great!

60mg/day dbol 1-5wk
600mg/wk Test E 1-10wk
450mg/wk Deca 1-8wk

I rarely have much of a problem with the bloat because i have a low bodyfat %. But if it gets to be a problem throw a AI in there.
