test/dbol & deca
Hey
I have just begun my 3rd week of test e/deca & dbol. Good gains already (off the dbol anyway) and horny as a rutting rhino. This said, i suffered badly until sunday with "test flu" but all done with now.
BUT, my question here is concerning training whilst on this cycle. Im in weightlifting to gain size (arent we all) but, i feel and look rather watery and cloated around the mid section and abit of the chest. Would the following training regime still enable good solid muscle gains?!
Monday Legs & Abs -
Tuesday Arms Cardio (20mins)
Wednesday Abs Cardio (40/50mins)
Thursday Back Cardio (20mins)
Friday Chest & Abs & Cardio (20mins)
Saturday OFF
Sunday Shoulders Cardio (20mins)
