But the way I answered was I realize what I do some times is not optimal but it works for me and I grow very fast when I want to with out worrying about small details, for now.

If I get to a point where I'm stuck and not making gains I'll stop and reaccessed, and fix any small things.

There is no ****ing way your eating 8 burgers at once if there 1lb paddys. Basically you would be eating like 10lbs of food in one sitting.

Are you going to put any training vids in your log? Do you drink green tea? If like a fighter a punch or baseball pitcher's throw is partially in the obliques/core. You don't train your obliques?

I have this question for you, I really hope you have time to answer...

My dad is a pig farmer, so we can get the meat from the pig we want to.
And I really think it has some good stuff on it,
but what do you think ?

And of course we get it, directly from the source.. It wont get any
conservatives or anything to it..
We just send it to the butcher, he kills and cuts it to pieces,
and then we get it back.
