a question i couldn't fully anwser
Sorry ladies, to post here, but i need a woman to answer this for me. I was in class the other day when a girl asked me if her "boobs" and butt would get smaller if she started a workout program, she said her boyfriend wouldn't let her workout 4-5 days a week because he thought she was going to loose these.... nice curves i guess haha. I told her I really didn't know, i encouraged her to start a work out plan and to eat healthier, but to not worry about eating fats (no saturated or trans of course) because women need a whole lot more fat then men need, plus she is slim as it is. I would also like input for my own knowledge since i will be a personal trainer starting in the summer.
Thanks guys!

Yes, they will get somewhat smaller, but how much depends on genetics. Some women can slim down to tiny waists while still keeping a decent rack, others will not be as lucky. There are also very overweight women who have tiny breasts and flat backsides. Where she stores fat really depends on her body type. If she is hourglass or cone shaped, she will probably stay that way, but the breasts and butt will probably shrink somewhat in proportion.

Breasts and glutes in women are typically made up of fat. If the girl in question is working out to lose fat....more than likely she will lose some from these areas...if she's working out simply to tone, for health or to increase her cardio capacity...she isnt likely to suffer from a loss of boobage....provided she isnt cutting calories and or fats from her diet.....and regular balanced meals. From a personal perspective....I used to weigh 190lbs and was a C cup...after a significant weight loss...I dropped a cup size. As for my glutes...well I lost fat in that area too....but it's still more than a handful (haha)....but it's shaped up pretty well, especially with the weight training (squats, lunges etc). Similarly some LIGHT chest workouts can help shape up the breasts and aid in "perkifying" them. In any event, it's her body, and you should advise her that if she wants to workout 4 times a week for her own benefit....then she should by all means do so. Her boyfriend should support her in her endeavours.

i would say any girl I have trained lost most of their boobs....however the glutes are a large muscle, and if she incorporated lots of squats and lunges, most likely she will just firm up her butt.

Yeah, I agree, I don't think there is much you can do to save your chest with significant weight loss. I went from 180 to 120...a D cup to an A cup...huge difference...and perky is not a word I would use to describe them, lol! Still have some butt I'm trying to get rid of though, not as easily lost for certain.

LET her? How is it up to him? And why are some guys so selfish like that? It's her body for crying out loud. If he doesn't like her any other way, he's not worth her time. Besides, as fitness models show, girls can be very fit and also extremely attractive to most of the male population.
Anyhoo, less body fat of course means less breast/backside, however, it'll also mean a smaller waist and a firmer, more shapely body. Meanwhile building up muscle in particular areas will enable her to shape herself as she wants - she could build up her glutes for example, and look far better than before. Plus she'll be healthier and happier in so many ways...

Wow, if my man ever told me that I couldn't workout, I'd drop 180lbs in one day! His ass would be out the door.
