Pre Competition Nutrition

I am in the process of training for my first fitness competition. I will be competiting in May and I am starting to get worried that I will not be prepared by then. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advise.

I have been doing a different style of training than I have seen everyone else do for their fitness competitions. I have been doing crossfit workouts 3 days on and 1 off with the addition of 30-45 min of cardio about 4-5 days a week.

Since the start I have gained a decent amount of muscle and lost about 10 lbs.(6 weeks) but I feel like I am hitting a plateau and I dont know what to do about it. I figure it must be my diet since my workouts are varied on a daily basis.

I think I will be okay with obtaining the muscle definition in time, it is the nutrition and slim down that I am worried about. They have me following a Zone diet based nutrition plan right now which has given me promising results I am just worried that it will not be enough to get the last couple lbs off before competition. A typical day of meals for me looks like this:

Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1 apple, 6 almonds
Meal 2: 2oz tuna, 1/2c. salsa, 1/4c kidney beans, 6 almonds
Meal 3: 2 oz chicken, 1 c. green beans, 1/4 tsp butter, 12 almonds
Meal 4: 1/2c. cottage cheese, 1/2c. grapes, 1/2 c. pineapple, 1 tsp peanut butter
Meal 5: 2 oz chicken, 1c. green beans, 1/2c. onions, 1/2 tsp butter

Do you have any suggestions for me? I have about 10 weeks left before the competition. What do you think I should add/subtract as I get closer to the competition?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Who's "they"?

That setup looks really weak imo. Hardly any food there at all. You'll find it hard to retain mass on that.
