GREEN MAG has done very well for me. Wasnt taking any before so Im being realistic i probably would've seen gains no matter what but in a month I've gone up a lot in all my lifts. Started out lifting 185 on bench about 5 times now can easily start my workout and do 185 bout 15 times. Max out before was prob around 205/210, now prob about 250. Not quite sure did 3 at 235 the other day. But its worked well, I guess that's the point. Going to do one more jug and then maybe switch up when i start cutting. Definitely recommend tho.

Kre-Alkalyn wins hans down

As one of the top natural bodybuilders in the world I guess you can say I know just a little about natural supplementation.While competing at this past years Natural Olympia where I took a third by the way, I was approached by All American EFX. I'm seriously not trying to pick a fight here, but does creatine really not work for you, or do you have side affects? Everyone has a natural amount their body can process (and how much intake), so maybe some have a lower level and the sup. really makes a difference. All I know is that the stuff (although with side affects) works rediculously well for me. Basic monohydrate seems to work best for me too- not much luck with the super-dupers with all of the add-ons.
What could I expect with the supps you're reccomending?

Got "LAVA" for a week alreiday
I drink it with water or grape juice.

Tastes good, but still waiting for results... Pump is good, but I expected more.
Also using fish oil.

so really works or not, i use about 4 weeks Gnc Monohi powder and the results are slow,but i feel more dinamic and the stamina level increase,

The diference of creatine amplified and MONOHIDRATE ????

I prefer 1 heaping teaspoon monohydrate b4- 1 after workout for up to 6 weeks (at this point I ussually start to cramp a little). Drink plenty of water- work out very hard and consistently(obvious I know). you will get stronger, and you will gain some size. You should definately notice your muscles not tiring as quickly- allowing you to squeeze out a couple more reps and the stamina for more sets.
Good Luck

I always have luck with generic creatine monohydrate ie. GNC etc.

ive been using ON whey since jan, started using green mag as of two days ago. ive gained 9 lbs so far since jan which im really happy about. I got a sample of sour apple and hated it so i ordered the lemonade. dont really like it too much but im drinking it.

does it matter if i use more water than recommended? also how much time in advance do i need to take pre workout or post?

Then why look for the pills?

When I was taking Green Mag before my workouts, I felt literally sick to my stomach and the taste had to do with that. I'd say thats a pretty big factor.

i would have to say cell-tech. With a good diet, mainly high protein and working out 5-6 days a week my biceps, quads, and chest all increased by an inch or a little more than an inch in less than two months and once I'm done with this cell tech tub im gonna switch to sizeon and see how good that works.

I have had 4 different pro bodybuilders (no, not all from the same gym or affiliated with eachother in any way, wise ass) tell me that Ethel Esther pill form is by far the best creatine to take.

Then I go on here and everyone seems to by about the mono. Whats the deal?

that is odd, many have said its the best tasting supplement around. yes, you could adjust the water up or down based on your flavoring preference.

New to this site but I'll throw in.....

At 48 I've been at the iron game a very long time, mostly powerlifts and anything heavy, but spent a few summers looking lean and mean when I was younger.

Kre Alkalyn is the real thing, and the results speak for themselves. I can't even think of a single creatine product I have not tried, but Kre Alkalyn is the only creatine product I use now....specifically I use Purple K from GNC.

If you haven't already tried it, you owe it to your training to give it a shot.....and don't forget your Whey protein, that's just a given.

Taking prolab creatine creapure. It says to take 1 rounded teaspoon
(5 grams) 2 times daily. I only take it 1 time a day. Is that 5 grams?
Or should I take it 2 times a day?

I stoped taking greenmag half way into the jug didnt see any results except recovery was great taste was ok but got old quick. I started taking storm grape, i am seeing alot better results two weeks into the jug, size and strength are going up very well. The taste is very good I was suprised. I dont think many people have taken storm but if like green mag try storm for sure.

Do you expect results in a week or two? Cutting, bulking, with or without creatine? How fast did you want result? Muscle takes time to grow.

I had good success with Green Mag, but after a heavy lifting session doing squats, I puked it up and haven't been able to drink it since. It makes me gag if I even smell it. Sucks.

Did you drink it then do squats? Or did you wait 30 minutes before working out?

Question

I use Nano Vapor before workouts and Anabolic Halo after the workout.

Should one also use a creatine supplement, or would this be too much?

I always thought that Vapor and Halo were creatine products into themselves...
