As of right now here are the numbers\macros of what I'm currently taking in:
Calories - around 3,000...and will be bumping that up.
Protein - around 220 grams.
Fat - around 70 grams I'm guessin..Have bumped that up just a bit.
Roughly that's where I'm at right now. Hope you all had a great weekend. It's back to work and training hard tomorrow!

Hi Nick, Thanks for posting your diet here. It has been a huge help to me and my husband (HRMGreyhound) as we are trying to revamp everything. He has made huge gains - about 40lbs or so in the past year or so.
My question is about quinoa. Have you heard of it? What do you think of it? Etc.
We will be keeping you and your family in our prayers with all the craziness going on. We sure understand how life can fly at you and knock the breath out of you.

Tomorrow is delts and traps and I'm looking forward to it. I think I saw a drunk dude working out in the gym today, I wish I had my video camera on me..but unfortunately I did not..This dude was fallin all over the place..his balance was way off and he just looked F'd up!!..He might have also been EXTREMELY fatigued......but I doubt it, I think the dude was straight up drunk. First time I've ever seen that! It's crazy but I think adding that extra set in some routines really helped burn out those muscles.
Alright, you all have a great night and I will answer some previous posts tomorrow..I got to catch up on responding to comments, wayyy behind on that.
Nick

Hell of a diet and workout routine. I can't wait until I get back to the U.S.A. so I can get my diet straight. But for now I'll deal with what I got.

for right now what really caught my eye was the purple wraath... glycergrow... and the orangetriad multi vitamin since i already have my own protein supplement... but i still have a bottle of hydroxycut hardcore sitting in my gym bag... do i think i should still hang on to those while i stack on the controlled labs?? i shouldnt need to right? i did a lot of reading on the controlled labs supplements they all seemed to promote energy during workouts and im loving the whole anabolic feature...
what do you think man hahahah should i still hang on to that hydroxycut hardcore if im gonna controlled lab it? thanks nick!! you swoll guy you hahhaha

Hey brotha, can never hurt to hold onto supps..In my second cupboard I have all kinds of supps that are still un-open from either samples, given out at expos and comps, or just things I wanted to try in the past and never did..It's hard for me to throw out any supplement lol! Currently right now, everything I take is CL and I have never had gains like this before using anything else..honestly. Besides the protein powder, everything I stack is CL. Definitely has brought results.

If there was anyone in the world i could choose to look like it would be you! You inspire me to train! Im laying here in bed! Looking at your progress pics etc wanting to get up the gym! But its half 2 in the morning so that aint going to happen! Im currently just under 11 stone! Really want to cut, But alot of people tell me to bulkbulkbulk just because im like 10 stone 9! I have been bulking for the last 2-3 months, You think cutting would be worth it im fed up trying to put on mass! And want that shredded look!
Thanks Man An Inspiration!

Very sorry to see you go dude. I wish the best for you and your family.
Thanks for all of the work you've put in here. The response from this journal speaks for itself and proves that you're on the right track. I'll be looking forward to your return in the future.

If I can interject here, the best invention in the world. The George Foreman grill. I grill two 8oz. pieces of chicken and I am on the road to "protein-ville". I found baking dried it out.
Chicken spices+Chicken+Foreman grill=great protein source.

Your definitly a very dedicated guy!
I'm trying to drop my BF% but I would like to stay around the 170 mark I am currently at. BUT I find it hard to keep a good diet cause I cook for my little girl and wife and can't do whole seperate meals for just me. I don't eat too bad but could be better.
I don't know what I should do? I don't mind weighing less, you were 160lbs and super ripped! I don't need a 6 pack like that just a flatter stomach.
Thanx for posting for everyone on the site!
