Shatter : haha good on ya for knowing your stuff! i got to meet carter a few times, haha saw him at a pub down in christchurch just completely wasted. thanks for the compliments!
Boundformuscle: thanks a lot, it really lifts me up to hear comments like that. but keep in mind that i pretty much only do bodybuilding for fun/ and to add weight for rugby. i dont think id ever have the right symmetry to compete, but im working on it.
id like to try x factor or maxout. ive only been taking protein, animal pack, and some preworkout supps like creatine/no2 and bcaa's. see if that helps me out...

Damn, that is an impressive physique. Definitely a trend among rugby players I've seen on this site to have crazy legs like that.
Also you have a pretty nice beginning of a christmas tree for someone who doesn't focus on BB.

haha i still train bodybuilding style, but also have days with olympic lifts and such. and i only just recently began to train my arms again. i think my biceps are lagging quite a bit, my arms are only 16". im aimin for 16.5 within the next three months, hopefully x factor can help me out with that.
im currently only taking protein and animal pack, i only have enough money for that anyways.
