Is it better to start with high reps with light weights, and then slowly increase the weight while decreasing the reps? Or will is it better to start with heavy weights and low reps, then increase the reps while decreasing the weight?
I find it easier to do the heavy sets first. What do you think?
Thanks.

First thing you need to do is get nutrition locked down thats the key to GROWING !! Secondly with training make sure your form is down correctly before upping your weights , slowly ease into it and once you know how the movements work and get into somewhat of a mind muscle connection then your good to go...

Hey Guys!! so my Husband told me to get on here and post some of the ways i cook his food so its pretty simple anyone could do it. Mine just tastes different, cause its full of love haha, AJ always tells me my food always tastes better than when he cooks it. So with his chicken, all i do is get a skillet, spray it with cooking spray, add your chicken, a lil onion, a lil tomato, some bell peppers, garlic powder, sea salt and basil, (I sometimes add yellow squash as well it gives it a good flavor). cook until its done. I usually lay all this over a bed of veggies. You can do this with steak, chicken and salmon tastes great too. Good luck

ezeikiel pasta :)
So guys!! i have a new recipie..for all of you that are carb cycling here's a yummy recipie AJ loves it
get a sauce pan add about 2 cups of water or (depending on how much pasta your cooking usually about 2 cups per 63grams of pasta) bring to a boil, add pasta.
Once you add the pasta in the water, start to cook your chicken (otherwise your chicken will get done before the pasta and it will get cold)
once you bring the water to a boil and add your pasta, take your chicken, cut into cubes (put this aside in a bowl) add garlic powder, sea salt and herb mix ( its seasoning that contains, rosemary, tyme, basil and oregano) this tastes really italian add all this to the chicken. Mix it in real good. Put this in the skillet add onion, tomato and yellow squash, cook until done.
Mean while, spray some spray butter in the noodles (this prevents the noodles from sticking together) keep stiring, keep tasting the noodles every so often to see if they are done ( if they are done they wont feel like they are sticking to your teeth when you chew, they should be soft)
noodles should be done within 10 min of boiling, usually when the chicken is done the noodles should be done as well.
to the side in a seperate bowl pour about 1 TBS of spray butter in the bowl add garlic powder, seasalt and herb seasoning, like we did above, stir together.
Once everything is done dump the noodles in a stainer, pour them on a plate, put the chicken over the noodles and pour our spray butter sauce over all of it. Enjoy
It taste's like your at an italian restaurant!!! this looks like alot but realistically it takes about 15-20 min tops !!
