It's a good blended protein with it's main ingredient being whey isolate, low fat and low sugar, 23g protein per serving, good taste and good price especially direct from BSL/XF.

I hate GNC and their products but their Wheybolic Xtreme is really good. Loaded with aminos and super low on sugar and carbs and tastes pretty good too.
As far as weight gainer goes....Champion Nutrition

depends on a few factors, weight, age, training etc. 23g is not a standard at all.

Actually, it is! In most popular (biggest/known) Canadian supplements stores such as Popeye's or GNC, Ultimate Nutrition is everywhere, next to AllMax and Optimum.
Talking from experience here, just thought you'd like to know.

MyoFusion. Best tasting protein I've ever come across and it has an excellent ingredient profile. I highly recommend it.

I've been using Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure and have no complaints. Not really one that you see mentioned here too often but I really like it.

The best overall protein I've discovered lately has to be isoflex by Allmax nutrition. It's pure whey with 27 grams protein per30 gram scoop. PLus it's got some other goods such as aminos and glutamine precursors. I don't know how they made it taste so good.

+1....... A hydrolyzed whey isolate will be your best bet if you're looking for 'fast-acting'. Being a #1 seller for years on-end should be an indication that this is a tried and true protein that doesn't put any other under dosed nonsense in with what really matters....THE PROTEIN.
But I'm not sure why you're looking for something other than what you've been using. You seem to have got pretty good results judging by your sig.

That's my usual protein. A clerk at GNC asked me the other day why people like it so much. I told him "It's a no BS protein. Just plain and simple."
Damn...that should be their slogan!

I recently picked up Gasparis MYOFUSION in chocolate. I mix 2 scoops with 2% milk in my shaker cup till its full and it tates awsome!! Not chauky at all smooth and I accually enjoy drinking it no lie!
I have not tryed it with water yet but the milk I know is too fattening.
Myofusion im sure is in the top 3 for best tasting proteins out there.

In all honesty, custom blends are the way to go when it comes to buying protein. As far as commercial brands, Beverly and XF are good buys.
