I guess I am out....

But..I am starting over this Monday with the 1600 CHA diet from Scivation.. I needed structure, so this will help tremendously! Will be blogging my journey.

Congratulating all who stuck it out!

Rice cakes? Crystal light (nutri-cancer)?

If we're going to allow rice cakes, then we might as well allow triscuits and wheat thins, and then tortilla chips and sun chips. If we can eat those, might as well throw in english muffins (thomas made them, as long as you get his permission), pancakes, hamburger helper. See where I'm going with this?

No point in eating squeaky clean if you're lifting imo (except contest prep).

Thumbs down Clean eating...

Um, not so much (at least over the weekend). I had been eating more like several people had suggested and gained weight . I know that it's NOT muscle because of my pants. They are WAY too tight and there's a lot of spillage. Instead of just dropping some calories I decided to drop some f'n cookies into my mouth :S. Oh, well. This week I have dropped my calories so I hope that all will be well soon.
Hope you guys are doing better than me .
