Basically any of the above recipes that require ground beef but substitute with ground buffalo meat. Very lean-
not always out on display at all supermarkets but usually all you have to is ask for it. Its a little pricey but alot
less guilt.

Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake
Protein pumpkin cheesecake...(well, not really at all)...
I threw this together in preparation for Sunday's refeed:
1/2c cottage cheese
1-2 oz FF cream cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla CASEIN (whey will NOT bake well)
1/4 c splenda
1/2 c pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 egg white
pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon to taste
Heat oven to ~400, spray MINI loaf pan c cooking spray.
Place pan of water on the rack below for a steam bath.
Beat all ingredients until smooth (about 2 min) and fold into pan.
Bake for ~25 min (please check on it as my oven is fickle).
Is better chilled!
Macros depend on the type of cottage cheese/casein used, mine was as such:
90 cal/14P/4CHO/1fat (1% cottage cheese) + 30 cal/4P/2CHO/0 fat (FF cream cheese) + 55 cal 12P/1.5 CHO/.5 fat (ON vanilla casein) + (if you count the CHO in splenda) + 40 cal/5P/9CHO/0 fat/5fiber (pumpkin)+ 30 6P/0CHO/1.5 fat (egg white).
~245 cal, 41P/16.5CHO/4.5g fat/5 fiber...and DAMN does it look DELICIOUS.
You can omit the pumpkin if you're REALLY nutzors about CHO, but it's so full of antioxidants and fiber that I hate to suggest that...hope someone enjoys because I sure as hell am.

Every Day Breakfast
this is what i eat everyday for breakfast (when i am not in Afghanistan)
1/2 Cup dried oats
4 oz lite-n-fit fruit yogurt
handfull of blue berries
one scoop of protien
mix them all together and you will get a clumpy pudding, if it is too thick add an additional 4 oz yogurt. You have to mix for a little bit.
Delicious breakfast which will leave you energized, detoxed and repairing muscle all day. I am not a big person so these are small portions, feel free to double or triple if need be.

Not exactly a recipe but it has a good amount of protein and it's cheap
breakfast sandwich:
Thomas plain bagels (like $2 for 6 of them at Wal Mart) - 9 g protein each
2 eggs - 12 g protein
2 slices american cheese - 5 g protein each (10 per sandwich)
31 grams of protein and it tastes really good

Given the amount of calories (estimating 550), its not a whole lot of protein
Really more carbs and fat
I do something similar with high fiber bread or wraps, egg whites, cheese, and ham (add in some salsa and spcy seasoning for a kick)

2 scoops Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 1.0
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbl baking powder
(yes covered in plastic wrap to keep out invaders)
Preheat oven to 350. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, then place on nonstick coated cookie sheet in 8 large clumps. Bake for 10-12 min (to personal preference, I like them soft and chewy so I used 10 min). Enjoy!
Theyre just a little dry, but if you're cutting, theyre awesome! Oh, and if pics arent allowed in this thread, let me know, ill take it down!

I swear there's something missing here, I just tried this and they turned out more like reaaaaly dry cakes.

Honey Butter Shake
Quick and easy awesome tasting protein shake.
1 spoonful of peanut butter
1 cup of milk
1 cup of Whey Protein powder
1 tsp honey (i usually just squeeze a few drops in & its fine)
Just throw all your ingredients into a blender and let it rip for about 30 seconds and you have a sweet tasting peanut butter shake. Honey is natural sweetener and this shake has a high calorie count w/ some carbs so its good for mass building.

Key Lime Pudding
1 Avocado
1 Ripe banana
Juice of 1 lemon / lime
1/2 cup nuts & seeds - almond, groundnut, walnut, pumpkin / sunflower seeds (soaked overnight & kept wet for 1/2 a day)
Place in food processor until creamy.
Makes a good mini-meal. It's a living-foods dish, hence helps to boost calorie intake without stressing the digestive system.

Key Lime Pie flavored Cottage Cheese
It's finally here! A badass new flavor for cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
lemon-lime crystal light packet(s)
vanilla ff sf jello pudding
skim or 1% milk
cottage cheese
Directions:
1. Place about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese into a bowl and pour in about 1/4 cup of milk.
2. Stir in some of the vanilla jello mix to thicken the mixture.
3. Then add the lemon-lime crystal light packet slowly to the mixture; flavoring to taste.
4. Profit.

i just tried this, and holy cow... that was one of the most delicious things ive ever eaten.
also made:
SWEET POTATO FRENCH FRIES
Preheat over to 400. Cut two sweet potatos in half lengthwise, then half again lengthwise, and then cut each of these quarters into steak-fry sized pieces (cutting thinner if necessary)
Toss fries in large bowl with a couple tablespoons of olive oil, packaged taco seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Arrange on cookie sheet, place in oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove, turn, and replace until fries reach your desired level of crispness.
SO GOOD!

gluten free pancakes
so i'm up at my dads and he bought the bob's red mill gf pancake mix for me. so i decided to make them more beefy
one serving of the mix - 42 grams - a little over a 1/3 of a cup
3 egg whites
a little water - about a tablespoon
you can put you whey/soy or what ever you use in it just add a tad more water
mix and pour into a pan with non-stick spray
flip and repeat - makes about 2 5-6in pancakes
cal - 191
fat - .7
carbs - 32.7
pro 12.7
these numbers will also depend on if you put your protein in the mix. i didn't have any left up here or i would have, i'm a little upset i ran out and all of my protein is at my house. I topped mine with some polander jelley. absolutely fabulous!! i haven't had pancakes in like a year!!!

I use 2-2.5 scoops whey, 1 cup whites, .5 cup water and xantham gum as a thickener (plus added fiber)

normally peanut butter cookies just made with peanut butter, eggs, baking soda and vanilla are very dry. I made a cookie similar to this and it was dry. if you try to make these again, use the whole two eggs or follow the recipe and add a teaspoon of applesauce. the egg yolks and applesauce will gve the cookie a bit more moisture. if your looking for a more high carb, follow the recipe but use one whole egg and add an extra small banana. litte tips i have learned!!!

oh, and you could also substitute 2 teaspoons oil and about a half a cup of water for the 2 eggs. one teaspoon oil + 1/4 cup water = one egg - in baking substitues that is

Ok so I finally got round to trying this! I did make a few slight moderations a) because I couldn't find all of the ingrediants, and b) I'm not massive on spicy foods.
Anyways, my ingrediants basically were:
Ground turkey breast
Sprinkle of salt, pepper, sage and thyme
Mixed in a bit of chopped spinach
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (might try without next time to see which I prefer)
and that was that! Very delicious and definately something I'll keep trying with slight moderations to see my preferred final article. Very nice though and very grateful for the recipe!

Took about 3 chicken breast and cooked them on low, then through in some diced up onions and bell peppers, along with one can of Rotel tomatos and a can of drained corn. Let that all cook up, and then added a packet of taco seasoning. Let it simmer and grab the flavor. Dished out some over a 1/2 cup of brown rice.
Very yummy. Can also eat it with out the rice.
