I agree with the above about staying tight. I sometimes do what you did when I am repping out a weight though.

Sloppy bench and an as*hole.
You've never competed, I assume?
That's the only reason I could think for your stupid-ass comment about his bench.
Take the criticism, goon.

You've got a lot to learn around here. Negged on recharge. It's going to be a long time til you bench 405 if you can't take constructive criticism...
And Darth didn't buy his shirt anyway.

I can take constructive criticism thats why I posted the thread.. I was just puzzled as to why his bench was lower with a shirt.. You guys are making this into something its not.

You could have acknowledged the advice, which you didn't. I could see how your original response was innocent, but what I've quoted above isn't appropriate...

He was just confused as to how someone could bench less in a shirt then raw and was not trying to start **** about his lifts vs. anyone else's to begin with. He also clearly doesn't know the difference between a competition lift and gym lift, or blast shirt vs super katana. When I read it at first I didn't take it as an insult to Darth, but as you read on it clearly turned into that. "Earning" a shirt is retarded, if you want to be competitive now, you wear a shirt and continue to get stronger, not just one or the other. If you don't compete and plan on getting a shirt, you are stupid.
As to the "omg only 270 in a shirt lol" bs, why would you knock someone for actually wanting to compete even if they don't bench 500 lbs? Throw on a blast and tell me it isn't just a tight piece of underarmor. It basically helps a bit with the pause and not much else. If you actually enjoy powerlifting you should be happy its attracting a younger audience, not every one can be a SHW, and the shirts accomplish the same goals for a smaller/newer guy as they do for someone breaking WR's.

Good bench, but at the end of the press up you jerk it a little bit. Try not to do that, you don't want to injure your elbows dooder.

My intent wasn't to start **** but then when everybody was like "omg you make fun!!" it irritated me so I just gave em more fuel for their fire so they can cry some more over nothing.
