NanoVapor

Another good supplement is NanoVapor by muscletech. So far I have tried That one, SuperPump 250, Shock Therapy by universal, and Fuzion by Vitasport. I liked the SuperPump 250 at first, but the taste of the orange was making me sick everytime i would take it, so i stopped. Now i havent tried the N.O.-Xplode yet, but i want to. NanoVapor is the one I like the best, but you have to make sure you get plenty of water in or it will give you headaches.

I tried nano vapour and I wasn't overly impressed. I don't think I'll try it again.

How do you find using NOX and doing cardio? I use about 2 scoops + a little more and if i try to do any kind of intense cardio i need to stop and take a crap.

If I am going to do intense cardio ( like sprinting or any running over a mile) I usually drink green tea.

Ok...I have no idea why you are taking more than two scoops. If you need to take that much in order to feel the effects, you need to cycle. From my personal experience's while taking Nox and running I feel great, but as soon as I am off it it seems as if I can't go as far or push as hard.

Nano Vapor really cause people to crash. Superpump would definately be one to look at next after the NO Xplode. One product I'm using right now is Juggernaut by Infinite Labs. Blew away any pre workout product I've used in the past 3 years.

Keep up the good work with your workouts!
