I trained with Erik when he was in Pittsburgh.

she does the whole fankhouser wv show by herself and it was a great show!
my woman won 1st in figure at it too!
she is always with him though with their kids too i saw all of them in vegas at the olympia too shes a very nice woman and works hard to put on their annual event in wv. very helpful and enthusiatic about the event and bodybuilding despite her lack of time in the gym, i don't think it matters.
she has two young kids and a husband who is being allowed to succeed with no pressure at home from wife, she has to be a great woman for all that to go on.

Going back the sleep thing. Doesnt Ronnie have a short night as well? I kno for a fact Branch claims he only sleeps 4 hours a day. Hgh use, ive heard, cause ur body to need less sleep.

Yeah I think Ronnie only has about 6 hours sleep, but he claims he's been doing it ever since his college days. Some people can live normally on only a few hours sleep while others need alot more.

That wasn't the point of the movie, maybe the clip would be better with a narrative for arrogant people like yourself. Obviously you missed the whole point of the clip which was to show a day in the life of a bodybuilder. It is inspiring, to know that if you life like the average person lives, work like the average person works, and spend like the average person spends you can still enjoy your life and do the things that you live for.
Dude is married, with kids, a house, a job.... what more do you want? He lives his dream which is bodybuilding and his wife supports him in every way.... i don't know about you but, sign me up. I am married with a kid on the way, work a full time job as well. So seeing him, yea it's def inspiring.

Guys, please stop with the comments that are towards Erik's wife. There is a reason why they are together and are still together. Erik loves his wife, and she loves her husband.
It shows a lot of immaturity to bash a pro's wife, especially when I bet most of the guys here haven't met him or even his wife.
I'm not white knightin', but seriously. Save that for the misc sections and stop bashing on a man who cares about his family enough to spend time with them (when he doesn't even have to).

while i agree with you, Erik's profession is based on observation. You cant blame people for having an opinion based on an observation, when its what the sport is based on. She has got to be a pretty confidant lady knowing people will notice the difference in fitness level between her and her elite husband. Its really not fair but life none the less.
