heya KenKong - great Journal.. I am SO IN :-)
few Q...
1- Whats best pumping w/out for forearms? mine are big but want em massive...
2- Have you ever heard or tried XOXO (or anyone on this thread)? if so, any reviews??? I have and seems to be good, but can't tell if its pyschological 'good' or REAL 'results' good.. lol
