My diet please help

Hey guys this is my current diet i was wondering if anyone could give me some help i have been losing lean mass for almost a month now at a steady rate and don?t know how to stop it i seem to be consuming enough to what i read and what i can stomach. Dinner is an underestimate due to father-in-law cooking and would be pretty insulted if i said no but large portion of meat or fish with lots of vegies and potatoe, sweet potatoe, pasta or brown rice so in the end not to bad he is just a fan of olive oil but goes easy on mine any help would be awesome.
